So nice to actually be listened to. Very attentive staff. Office staff very kind and knowledgeable. Feeling validated and taken care of. I cannot recommend these folks enough. Tallahassee healthcare at its finest!

This place gave me outstanding treatment. They care...the doctor..the nurses and the entire staff was terrific. I will recommend them if you have a wound that is hard to heal.

I was recently treated at the wound care center for a dog bite that would not heal. All the staff was excellent and compassionate, and operated as a terrific team. These people really care about their patients and present a shining example of health care at its very best!

8/15/2023. I am a regular patient at the wound clinic. My appointment was@10:00am, I arrived@9:35am. I waited to be called back until appx 10:45am. Driver told Chris (person at desk) we had to leave he had other appointments, she said "whatever". I am not happy with the service I got today

I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff at the Wound Healing Center were. Everyone I met was kind and I felt very well cared for. It’s rare to find such an efficient center that is also so considerate of their patients. Thanks to them my wound has healed nicely. It’s definitely one of the best centers in Tallahassee and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of wound care.

4 weeks in and the first rate care at Tallahassee wound care had been life changing. Tom is seeing Dr. Mazziotta and we could not be happier with the professionalism and quality of care all around. I will admit we had some bumps in the beginning but the week in week out I have not experienced or seen better medical care in Tallahassee in over twenty years.

Dr. William Placilla is the most personable caring doctor I've had in the past. Him and his staff are great! I highly recommend him. God bless you 😇 Prayers & Novenas

The team here so far have been phenomenal. Today though, I had my first late afternoon appointment. Frank, who rebandaged me, was rude.

Thankful I no longer have to go tou anymore, but I do actually miss you. It's been about a year since I've had to go, I'll never forget how awesome you all were.

Extremely slow in seeing patients. Their care is great though . 55 minutes think outside waiting room

I don't know of any other wound care centers in Tallahassee so we could only use this one for a wound that would not heal. We went back every week for several months. To our surprise our copay with Blue Cross was $150 each visit! We learned that this facility is an outpatient facility, as coded in the billings to Blue Cross. We have over $1,000 in copays! We pay $150 for surgical outpatient procedures, so we certainly didn't expect this for wound care. Just so you know.

Parking needs to be addressed for this facility. When driving a big van for special needs clients parking in this parking lot is not accommodating at all. Came to an appointment today and had to use the handicapped parking spot and the one directly beside it in the back in order to get our client in and out of van. (Not blocking the drive way at all) We were told to move to accommodate another client and asked that we park down the road and walk our client to the facility. When speaking with the nursing manager she was very rude just like the staff that asked us to move was. She basically blamed it on needing ambulances to get through and/or garbage trucks. When asked why would they put a handicapped parking spot there on the corner her response was because I put it there. Customer service is terrible as well as her attitude. I’m more mad at the fact that you can accommodate regular clients but can not accommodate my special needs client. As well as you should probably train your staff to have better customer service skills if you are going to work in the medical field, just as much as you don’t want to be here we would rather not come here as well but under the circumstances it isn’t about us it’s about the patients.

Terrible experience with Dr Mazziota! Shouldn't be working with any patients. Won't recommend or ever go back.
