I called Fran Saturday morning in reference to a commercial property, and she was so helpful in getting every bit of information she could so we had the most information on making a decision on the property.

She was quick, responsive, and easy to work with. She was able to compile and submit the offer to the seller the same day! The transaction was smooth; we closed in her office, and we couldn't have asked for a better broker!

We will definitely be using her for all of our real estate needs in the future, as well as recommending her to all of our friends. Thanks again, Fran!

Fran is a godsend! My siblings and I live in NY and were trying to find a home for our father in Florida. Our dad does not know how to use technology so was very limited to staying on top of houses fresh to the market, or even in being able to view houses before deciding to tour of a home. We were previously working with a realtor that showed us a few homes virtually then physically showed our dad 2 houses. Never heard from her again. I found Southern Coast to Country Realty with google and reading reviews and viewing length of experience. I was not disappointed at all. I spoke with Fran and gave a quick rundown of what we had been through and what we are looking for. That day she drove our father to 5 homes and he placed a purchase offer on one of them. Same Day!!! I was so amazed. He now has moved into his new home and my sister and I leave tomorrow to help him get completely settled. Next year when it is my turn to make the move I will be sure to call Fran. I can't thank her enough!!!

Fran was my listing agent. She was very knowledgeable on the real estate listing I had with her. She answered all my questions,answered my phone calls, and did her research on my listed property. I would use her again if I sell another property.

Fran Cisek with Southern Coast to Country Realty is an amazing agent! In March she represented my sister and I after a lengthy probate as sellers on 2 acres of country property with a mobile home in Brooksville. I learned at that time she was the agent that represented my parents in buying that same property some 10 years prior. We had no idea until she came out to look around. We immediately felt a connection to her and felt so comfortable with her. She is very knowledgeable and offers suggestions that are pertinent to making a timely deal happen. She wrote a few offers for us, and although we were beat out by other buyers, she always stayed positive and encouraging. She knew that our perfect home was out there. At the end of July, late one evening, she called me and told me about a home that just listed 30 minutes prior, and she arranged for us to see it the next morning…12 hours later! We loved the home and happy to say we are now the owners of it! It is the perfect home for us!

Having a great agent is everything in selling and buying property. There are so many things that go into trusting an agent. Are they going to let you know of brand new homes that hit the market right away? Get you a showing immediately? Understand what you are looking for as a buyer? And what your goal is as a seller? Do they work up contracts in a timely manner and do it without errors and issues that can possibly deter the other party from accepting it? These are all important questions to ask yourself while selecting the perfect agent. Fran has all these qualities and I was so lucky to have her as my agent on two transactions. She is truly a great asset to have on your side when selling or buying!! Her business name says it all…I sold country property and bought coastal property through her, and she knows both!
