Every time I go into Campus USA Governor’s Crossing location I am greeted with friendly staff who are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Kendalyn Gordon is always so helpful in any issues I may have and always does it with a smile. I have referred a few friends who have been helped by Kendalyn and the staff there and they have all come back to me to with positive experiences.

I have been a member here for a few years now and each year I appreciate Campus USA 🏦 more. ALL the staff is very pleasant and provides great service but I consider Jerald Montgomery my “personal banker”. Jerald is always there to assist me in getting things done. There are no ‘dumb’ questions ??? to him, he’s always willing to explain things in the simplest of terms. I highly recommended them for your banking needs.

Dropped in the a Tallahassee branch today to open a checking account. Miss Candace was fantastic. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. Excellent customer service!

Dee Pace was quick, kind, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and all around wonderful to open a personal savings account with. Make sure you call ahead to double check what paperwork you might need!
