Choosing hearing aids that will last for years is always a bit scary. They have the best products and services here at Audiology Associates. The people are friendly and very thorough in fitting them, explaining all the features and answering all your questions. I feel great about choosing them.

Dr Van Oss and staff have offered excellent care at each of my visits. Everyone is kind, professional and more than willing to assist in everyway.

I have been using Audiology Associates for over 15 years after I suddenly went deaf in one ear. Mary Susan Thornton has been absolutely wonderful and continues to be an excellent hearing provider. She has kept abreast of all new advances that apply in my situation and never hesitates to contact me to let me know of any new options. She also is acutely aware of the financial costs and is always trying her best to provide care in an economical fashion.
The staff is always friendly and attentive.

Update: my yearly follow up visit and hearing test was again top notch. Everything is done so well and everyone there is great at what they do. Their caring spirit is obvious from the moment I walk in the front door.

All the details of my hearing aides were explained. Detailed instructions on cleaning and demonstration of same. This was especially good for me. A very pleasant experience and very thorough. Answered my questions without my asking. Obviously they have done this before and it inspires confidence. I came to the right place.

Dr Rachel Lynch is awesome. She is friendly yet professional and knows exactly what she is doing. She has helped me. She is gentle and kind, especially knowing that she needs to induce the vertigo during this particular procedure. I trust her. She is a good doctor.

I had such a wonderful experience at Audiology Associates! Dr. Van Oss was so kind and professional. She explained my hearing loss and answered all my questions, taking all the time I needed to understand my hearing status. Beth Wiley was patient and so helpful in teaching me the “ins and outs” of my prescribed hearing aids. She made me know that the office will be available to me with any current or future concerns I might have. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience there! I highly recommend this office and staff for any of your hearing needs!

Dr. Whitaker was great, very articulate and informative. However, I was sent an email through an email system that requires a password, which I don't have, or a token. I've called their office twice over the last three weeks with no success. I'm guessing the email isn't all that important... hope not anyway.

Dr. Nowlin and Pam Granger are both wonderful at what they do. They are so knowledgeable, caring and thorough. They both worked with me in getting set up with hearing aids and the experience could not have been more satisfactory. Dr. Nowlin had also recently conducted vestibular tests on me, unrelated to the hearing aids and the two hour experience was extraordinary and impressive. You're in good hands at Audiology Associates.
