The food here was absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The whole crew and owners were fantastic, warm and welcoming. Loved the open kitchen concept where you can witness Chef Christopher Young who has remastered the food at Brier Pizza Kitchen and his sous chefs in action and then being able to enjoy what they create in a high paced environment. They always make sure to serve you good food and amazing experience.

Chicken and spinach lasagna is hands down the best lasagna I've ever had. Pizza was great. All fresh ingredients. Can't wait to have it in my lunch tomorrow. Highly recommend this place. You know it's good when the phone is nothing but back to back orders.

Dined here for the first time last night and was very impressed. My husband and I ordered the fettuccine carbonara and the Greek platter. I also had a lemon drop to drink. Everything was extremely good and fresh. We had a large party with us with orders from ravioli to pizza and everyone was pleased with their food. The service was warm and personable. We sat outside on their patio and though no one had a dog with them, I saw a bowl of water on the ground so it is pet friendly on the patio which is important to us. We will be returning and trying more dishes.

Ate here with my son and had a great time, really good food/service. Ordered a pizza to take home at the end of the meal, got home and discovered it was the wrong order. Went back to discover they were closing, the kitchen staff had gone home and the owner Chris and general manager Michael were remaking the pizza themselves. We had a good chat and they also sent us home with dessert. Great people, great place.

Great pizza!!! They have a lot of other options but are well known for their pizzas. There was a short wait when I arrived. Service was good.

Delectable, can't wait to return! Antipasto salad with combo dressings was every bit the star of the show 👌. I can't wait to stop on a night when I want a take out treat. Fresh, well-plated, enough to share. Got a small, could have made a meal of it. Ordered Alaskan cod and chips, able to take home, salad was so incredible.

Cajun fettuccine was perfectly cooked, warm spices find their way to your palette as you savor bites.

Small child's pepperoni pizza and build your own adult size rounded out all the dinners.

I wanted to change the locks for improved security because I discovered they were all out of date while conducting some renovations at my house. A complimentary in-home consultation and assessment was offered by this locksmith. His recommendation for an integrated smart lock system was based on his knowledge. The installation went perfectly, and having phone control over locks has given me peace of mind. His expertise and well-reasoned suggestions made the procedure easy.

I don't know what we'd do if Brier Pizza Kitchen wasn't here. Everything is excellent -- we actually rarely get pizza, which is very good btw. We love the fish and chips, many pastas, straight up burger is perfect, the cod, coho, chicken parmesan, chicken gyro (excellent), and on and on...

Me and my bf came here last night. We got half & half of the “Amalfi coast” pizza and #21 “fig and prosciutto” pizza. Both were so good. I especially liked the apple and sunflower seeds on the Amalfi coast pizza. It felt filling and clean, not heavy and greasy like a lot of pizza. We got a large, I believe it was 8 slices, we took home 3 slices. Catherine, our server, was very good & you can see the cooks as you walk in. I’m sure we will be back. :) thank you, merry Christmas

I get their food often and have never had a bad experience. I do order my pizzas “crispy” because they use sooooo much of each topping sometimes it doesn’t cook as well as I prefer. The desserts are to DIE for and they pride themselves on using the freshest ingredients available. They make several of the sauces, desserts and even the pizza dough in-house. They have really cool pizza combinations like the Greek Sailor, Ciao Italia and Spicy Brier - all delicious. My favorite pasta is the fettuccine carbonara with chicken and my favorite salad is the Gyro salad.

We enjoyed this place! Believe it or not, what brought us in was the aroma as we drove by. We literally pulled over, checked reviews, called for specials, and turned around to enjoy lunch. Friendly staff, inviting atmosphere and very good pizza! We got a basic two topping of olives and green peppers. Hot and tasty. Good bread to start too. If we are in the area we would probably visit again. If we lived in the neighborhood we would probably make it a regular take out option. Worth a stop!

Love the pizza. We ordered three different pizzas and the were all so tasty. This one pictured is the ham and pineapple pizza, and all the ingredients were fresh which made the pizza taste good. We went there with family and they accommodated us very well.

The food is absolutely delicious here and so are the desserts! They need to renovate the bathroom though. Overall it’s a phenomenal restaurant!!

Local pizza at its best. Got the good za, beer and peeps...plus wild salmon and other tasty bits.

I love this place! Sat out on the patio for dinner and the ambience was such a great vibe! The food was so delicious. Feta and vinaigrette dressing is to die for, the coconut prawns melted in your mouth. Service was amazing! Brier pizza is thriving and better than ever!

That salad dressing. So good. Nice local joint. In spite of the name, I've rarely eaten pizza here, although the pizza is great. So much other food on the menu and a delicious Mediterranean influence.

Love they have a large outdoor seating area, weather is nice again and it was nice to sit outside. Wanted to find a great pizza place, it is a little out of our neighborhood. Pizza was good. Quality ingredients, crust was a little different but still pretty good. Maybe we will try lasagne next time. Reasonable too.
