I have been going to Office Depot in both New Jersey and Florida for more then 10 years. In all of that time my experience has always been extremely satisfying. Whether it was shopping for a particular item such as paper or toner for my printer or looking for office supplies the employees were always very helpful. I have used Office Depot often for making copies, submitting an order to upload a file and printed in color or to use their equipment to fax documents. They have always been done very professional and my orders are completed on time.

Went to the print department, Rose was able to accommodate me. She knows that department incredibly well. Meanwhile, the stores to the north where I live could not accommodate me for 2 weeks and every time I call they got a different answer for why not. Then I found this location in Royal Palm and their print department is run by someone who is top notch. Rose has the know-how in the work ethic to run that department as well as it can possibly be run. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She is management material. Hard to find people like her.

Come to this store (Royal Palm-SR 7)and ask for GABRIEL!! He is the epitome of customer service!! He was so patient, skillful, and knowledgeable!! I definitely would continue my business there because of him. :) Thanks Gabriel for a flawless experience!

Upgraded store with pack and ship center, biz office support and shredding service if need be. Super helpful staff. Great E-comm ordering and pickup system.

Our local Office Depot what clean and well stocked. It was easy to find an associate to help us find what we needed. He was professional and polite, and knew right where to find whatever we asked for. When something wasn't in stock, he ordered it for us and made sure we understood the order and tracking process.

This place is amazing! Very friendly staff and this location is super clean and well organized! Brady was very helpful and friendly when ringing up my order. He was professional and proficient at his job. This location is the best Office Depot I’ve ever been to. Thank you for making it a great experience! Highly recommend!

This place is has the right knowledgeable staff to help you find office things when you might not know the correct name of them. Just tell them what your trying to do,and they will be able to guide you,if it’s office related that is...😎.

Also,ask for the awesome Mgr Amber who help me out of an ID bind. She was pleasant to speak with,and gave the correct suggestions and I got a copy of my ID in color from my email. ID size. Wallet size. She was awesome. Amber saved my vacation weekend!!!

I went to the store to purchase ink for my printer. I noticed that there was a sale on office chairs. I ended up buying a nice comfortable office chair that was deeply discounted. The sales associated took the chair to my car. That was great!

I went in with a lot of questions about computers. Mr. Richie Charran answered all my questions and got me set up with a computer. I would go to this store again just because of how help full he was.

Found a great printer with the helpful Sandra in technology department. The store was clean and well designed and checkout was also a breeze. Did I mention that they had what I needed in stock ? Awesome

we have been customers at office depot stores all over Florida, from Miami to Jacksonville to Orlando, the west coast and more and can honestly attest that OFFICE DEPOT store #2115 is and has been the number one office depot store since they opened. in addition to being one of the very few "store of the future" in the office depot family, they have a staff which is unparalleled. from checkout, to floor assistance, to tech and print, their personnel is outstanding. having been a customer at this location since the day it opened, and having purchased numerous computers, printers, hard drive backups, speakers, other assorted tech items, furniture, a multitude of office supplies, and literally thousands of copies, and of course, Coke Zero, this store keeps us coming back primarily because of their people. hats off to 2115!
