Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Lake Nona

Lv this place...local resident in Avalon Park, Florida and had my wedding in Lake Nona. This hotel provided the space and accommodations needed for my special event. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean. There are a couple of restaurants onsite to enjoy for meals, drinks or even Sunday Brunch. With such a hectic wedding day I even happened to leave behind some expensive items and housekeeping staff were so honest to report it to management who then reached out to me that they will keep items safe in their possession upon my return from Honeymoon. Such honest and well respected staff. I trust and recommend that you all will enjoy your stay here as well.

Great place for sure without any doubt. The rooms were spacious with all the necessary facilities available. It has lots of eateries nearby if you want to grab something to eat. Overall I would recommend this place if you're solo or with family.

The rooms are huge the bed was ridiculously comfortable. Love that it has a full kitchen in each room. Breakfast was included as well which is always a nice bonus.

Great place to stay. Clean, spacious rooms. Great for a longer stay or the simple overnight.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would have.

This will definitely be my go-to hotel when visiting Orlando.

We were staying here due to flooding of Hurricane Ian. The entire staff were extremely helpful, friendly, warm, welcoming, and beyond kind. The manager John was so accommodating helping us extend our stay and adjust our departure date according to the water at home. The kitchen staff even realized I loved extra ripe bananas and saved me them for breakfast each day. Above and beyond service in all areas!!!! I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Orlando. Thank you for your service

Came to stay close to Nemours for several days. The building, location, facilities, beds, etc. Were very nice. Nice upscale lobby.

Location - location- location this a hidden location in the middle of all. Clean rooms, gym and a really nice pool will make you come back. We are visiting this hotel since the day one of the opening and still enjoy our stay. Lake Nona is located close to the airport and everything else.

I was formerly in the travel and hospitality business years ago. I was there for an extended stay for other business. I have stayed in 5 star resorts all over the world and never felt as welcome as I did at the Residence Inn Lake Nona. From the moment I called to make a reservation to the time I checked out, the Manager and entire staff were fabulous. Like I was coming home, a part of the family. John the Mgr. was extremely welcoming, was very approachable and visible, asking if I am satisfied with my stay and they enjoyed having me.
The front desk supervisor Edni Garcia was amazing and the rest of the fantastic staff, Elines, Brianny, Damaris, Alex, Steven & Andrea were exceptional. Mari of housekeeping was wonderful and works so hard and made sure I had all my requests in the 1 bedroom Stay Well suite. The staff was always accommodating and I was greeted with a smile every time all the time. The staff serving the complementary breakfast were very sweet, making sure things were always replenished and clean. They are all an excellent example of the prestigious Marriott name. Whomever the owner is, should be very proud of this entire staff. Thank you so much and I look forward to a return visit in the future.

Lovely room, comfortable bed small kitchen very useful when just arriving from England for hot drinks and snacks. Staff extremely helpful on the front desk and breakfast provided in the room downstairs. Well done Marriott, our daughter booked this for us as a surprise, we are very glad she has our high standards, can't wait to come again on our next trip to the USA Christine Bircham.

We needed a hotel for a few nights close to home unexpectedly due to a flood in our house. They were able to book us the same day and luckily allowed pets. Our room was spacious for 3 of us plus the dog. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen. There are a few restaurants right next door that we frequent so it was nice to walk to them right from the hotel. There’s also plenty of sidewalks and grassy areas to take the dog as well. Definitely a bonus having this hotel in the area.

I haven’t been a Marriott user over the years but decided to stay here for work and to my surprise I have enjoyed the stay. From the folks in the lobby to the rooms - really nice hotel. The layout of the rooms give a modern feel and I didn’t fee I was staying in a box. Walking distance to restaurants and not too crowded.

I stayed using a free night but I definitely would have paid the rate. Studio king room, basically full kitchen. VERY quiet room did not hear people in the halls while I was trying to sleep. Nice area to do makeup/hair as well. Lots of drawers/ areas to put items away. Only thing bad is a complaint I have in all hotels. Lighting is never conducive to putting on makeup. Can never get it like at home. But as I said all hotels have this issue.
Would definitely stay again!!

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed a week in the 1 bedroom suite and it was a beautiful stay!
The private bedroom w/ tv was big and so comfy!
The pull out couch, not comfy at all. But when are they?
The full kitchen(including dishwasher) with all necessities really helped us stay on a budget. The free hot breakfast with lots of sides to choose from was always delicious and more than enough. The pool and patio was a great place to relax.
Live music and restaurants next door was very fun.
And the staff was beyond amazing!
Everything we asked of them, they went above and beyond to meet our requests.
Even parking and checking in/out was as smooth as can be!
The only other place I've received service close to this, was at a Disney property.

From the moment we checked in till the time we checked out, the staff was beyond accommodating in this very clean hotel. Bright, clean lobby and lounge. The breakfast was served by one staff member and was extremely sanitary. I hope Marriott never goes back to the buffets! Front desk person at check in was super friendly and answered our questions about the area. Manager was extremely nice as well. Stay here in Lake Nona, you will not be disappointed!

I can't say enough good things about this awesome property. From friendly check in to the nicest and most efficient breakfast ladies, I was impressed every step of the way! The huge bonus was the special events outside at Boxi Park with fiod trucks, music, crafts for sale. We had a great time!

We had a great experience at the Residence in, they upgraded us to the Stay well suites which was a pleasant surprise. This hotel is still very new so everything is very clean and we'll kept. The staff was extremely nice. There was plenty of seating available at the complimentary breakfast. Really I have no complaints and I had a great stay.

This is such a lovely place to stay! The rooms are clean with an updated look but still super cozy. Love that there’s no additional charge for parking and that the parking garage is right in front of the hotel entrance. Lake Nona is a quiet community but is still conveniently located around places to shop and eat and of course the theme parks. Friendly staff, and pet friendly. Was able to bring my pet dove, and they didn’t charge me a pet fee. Great value; would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely perfect! My family and I would not stay anywhere else! Everything here is amazing from the staff, the rooms, the social, the cleanliness, and the service. The staff always goes above and beyond to meet every demand! My family and I are always greeted with a smile and the staff always makes our day better! When we are here we feel like family and this is the best hotel in the Orlando area! The room is equipped with everything you need and if you need someone just ask the front desk and they will accommodate you! This is honestly the best hotel in the whole Orlando area and we love how up and coming everything is!!!

We stayed for a week over Christmas and it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is new and in a nice area, very well kept with easy parking and amenities nearby. The rooms are big and well organized (lots of space for organizing clothes, toiletries, laptop/electronics, etc). Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean and all the staff was very friendly, especially at the reception counter. They are also pet friendly for a reasonable fee (100 for the week). They do have a pull out sofa for an extra bed, but wouldn’t recommend sleeping on those for more than a night as the mattress is quite thin, better to just sleep on the couch cushions. Will definitely stay here again.
