Lake Nona Performance Club

I've been a member for almost two years now and everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The staff is highly trained and the classes are excellent. I especially like the Body Surge or Body Pump classes. Chopra Yoga classes are a few dollars more but well worth the experience. Deepak Chopra actually attended in person once. Amazing!

Incredible facility, with staff who are very helpful and approachable. Exceptional standards maintained throughout the club. With very professional and high end products offered throughout, including the spa and classes offered. A visit/tour is highly recommended - you’ll be amazed at what is offered.

Lake Nona Performance Club is the best high performance center in Florida (if not, the country). What a great addition to Orlando. The multi-level gym has state of the art Techno-gym equipment, an indoor running track, lap pool, rock climbing gym, sauna and more. This is my new home gym and I love it. Absolutely unrivaled and best gym I have ever been to. So many options and top of the line equipment. Kids love going so much to play with the other children that they are sad if we skip a day. Makes going to the gym not only a routine, but an exciting outing each time.

I was able to get into an aerial meditation yoga class which was wonderful.
The rest of my family loved the rockwall and pool! The locker room was beautiful and clean.

Great gym. Clean and modern with multiple floors. Yoga, pool, sauna, massage, weights, classes, cycling, indoor track, basketball court, physical therapists and personal trainers on-site. I hope they continue to grow with new equipment and amenities.

This one is long overdue!

We moved to Lake Nona in 2012, back when the only gym option was the YMCA. My first job many moons ago was as a lifeguard at the Y. So to me, that’s a gym. But after joining, we realized the time we went was crucial. Not well-planned you could end up in traffic from Northlake Park Elementary. We’ve done Crunch, Orange Theory - and these are all great gyms.

But nothing compares to the Lake Nona Performance Club. Under one roof you have everything. A weight room, a pool, indoor track, basketball courts, classes - and even a shower with shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels. The sauna is a great place to end any workout with a spa like feel. (My favorite!)

We’ve been members since before LNPC opened it’s doors in 2021. It’s where my husband and I go to spend time together. We’re healthier than we’ve ever been and almost 3 years later, we still love going to the gym.

People ask me about the price. And if I think it’s expensive. And my answer is, “That depends on how much of an investment you make your health.” If it’s a place you won’t use, it’s going to be pricey. But if you make LNPC a part of your life and incorporate all that it has to offer, you’ll feel like it’s a deal.

I read the reviews and I do have to agree with some of the 1 stars. Add in some heavier dumbbells for the power lifters. 100lb dumbbells are light weight! The employees seem nice so far😂. But overall I can't complain.

***UPDATE***
After going to this gym for 1 year they have increased the dumbbell weights to 125lbs!

Camila and Hannah are the best in customer service! They are so accommodating with any promotion going on and setting up/changing appointments. It’s rare to come across that these days so just wanted to give them a shout out! Love this gym and the team behind it.

What an amazing facility! Staff are super friendly, the pool area is perfect for our family (kids love it!), and the locker rooms are really nice.

Plus my oldest boy loves the rock climbing part!

Love everything about this Club. The staff is friendly, members are polite, the gym and all amenities are always clean. There's tons of options of different types of workouts, from classes, to sports, the gym equipment are top of the line. The club is large, so it's never over crowded, and I never have to wait long for any equipment. The kids club is awesome in case you have little ones. I highly recommend the club wether you are just getting started or you are an advanced lifter.

We LOVE this gym. Yes, it is pricey. However, you definitely get what you pay for. We also pay additional for a family plan so that we can take our 1 year old to daycare while we work out. The workers there are incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Our son has been there as an 8 month old+, and we have never had issues.

I'm thrilled with this place! The climbing facilities are top-notch, offering a diverse range of routes. However, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. They're not just knowledgeable; they're friendly and supportive. The community here is great aswell. Highly recommended

LNPC is and excellent place to workout. The facility is up to date and always clean. The staff are always helpful and professional. I couldn't ask for more!!

I pretty much live at this place, I go there everyday and I miss it if I can’t go!
I enjoy a lot of the classes they offer, and love a lot of the amazing instructors that teach the classes, I get a buzz out of exercising, it makes me feel very energized after I’ve exercised, and at the end I go to the sauna or steam to relax! Plenty to do!
Plus I guarantee you that you’ll be making lots of friends here, it’s a great place to socialize and have fun

I have been a member since opening and love the facility and the trainers/coaches and now with the new MBZ (hot yoga and pilates) programming and lower pricing its off the charts amazing!

I am so happy about this place! I haven't missed a gym day since I joined. Beautiful amenities; 3 pools, including a kids splash pool, rock walls, jacuzzi, 2 class studios, a cycle room, tons of equipment, an entire floor devoted to functional/Plyometric movement, basketball court, 2 Saunas, 2 steam rooms, childcare, and a dedicated yoga studio within the gym.

The instructors and classes are super professional and well trained. There hasn't been a single class I don't like. 🤩

If you're used to LUX gyms like equinox then you will not be disappointed. In fact you will be shocked at the low monthly fee. If you're used to planet fitness and crunch prices you might fall over backwards and this place is probably not for you. It's important to keep in mind that this is not a gym, it's a Health Club.

They are still figuring out some of the kinks, and I'm sure it will take a few months to get everything 💯 but honestly I would spend all day here if I could.

LNPC is the only gym I will go out of my way for. The staff are great, brand new building, wonderful amenities, high-tech equipment, and engaging classes all make coming here worth it. Love being a part of this community!

Best club, period. State of the art equipment, very diverse class offerings. Military friendly, Manager Jess is very helpful, staff in general are professional. Super clean place for germophobic people (especially for the young ones). Really worth it
