U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

The U-Haul rental is the same person at the counter of the BP store. I had to haul some stuff to the landfill and a friend told me about their great experience here and so I called in the morning, made a reservation and used the van for 5 hrs. It cost me under $60. It worked out perfectly for me. The whole experience was 5 star! The reservation was pleasant, the vehicle was clean and comfortable and ran just fine. I’m so happy with how well this went and that I found this place. And I hear the boiled peanuts in the store are good too, but they ran out.

The best U haul place in whole land o lakes area. I highly recommend it. Owner of place is really professional and friendly. Would go a step forward to help you. Timimgs are accurate, open longer then other dealers in the area. I have had a very pleasant experience renting from here. Hope you have too.

The van I rented was perfect. It was in great shape and very clean. It even had CarPlay which was a pleasant surprise. The woman working at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent from this location again.

I came into the store in need of a small box truck to pick up a large couch. They had one ready to go and I was on the road in 15 minutes. It was nice to be able to walk up to the counter and have someone that knows what they are doing be there for you.

Truck was ready when promised, clean, and fueled up. Odometer reading for final charges was correct. I received excellent service and quality from this u-haul location.

First time renting a U-Haul and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had no issues and would recommend to others in the area!

This Uhaul location was great!
After a really bad experience with the Uhaul place on 54 the other day this nice. Made my reservation on line direct thru uhaul but when I got there I hadn't completed it properly. This guy when out of his way to give me different truck. Thats service!

Do not use this location!!!! They COMPLETELY messed up our reservation and double charged us for the WRONG truck and charged us for a MORE EXPENSIVE truck we never received.
The guy said when we picked up the truck that their system was having issues. He gave us our truck and then cancelled our reservation which messed everything up for our return of the truck. I've called U-haul 5 times trying to get the charges fixed & opened multiple cases to get our money back they incorrectly OVER charged us. U-Haul then closed our case saying the area manager Mark Cooper was on vacation so they couldn't get a hold of him to fix THEIR ERROR.
Still waiting for our refund. Trying to challenge it thru our credit card company now that U-Haul has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable for getting us our money back from their mess-up!!! Do not use this location! Still waiting for our refund!

The truck I rented smelled like Marijuana, had ZERO gas (completely on E) and they charged me $130 for four hour and a 36 mile round trip, with no warning or notice! They just helped themselves to my bank account.
I was charged for gas $61.50 when the tank was all the way on empty and I was told it was ok to return in the same condition. They scammed me of $61.50 for 1/4 tank of gas that I never used. Also they grossly exaggerated the milage. This place is a SCAM!!!!! Take pictures and video of everything and don't drop off the keys. Make sure you drop off to a lice person. They are SAMMERS HERE!!!

Rented the uhaul online about 9 hours in advance. When I got here, the cashier couldn't figure it out so he called the manager who said "just give them a refund" immediately. The truck is sitting outside and I can't get it. Now all other places are closed. Do not recommend.

My husband had a reservation, arrived at this location and was told the owner doesn’t want to work today and isn’t renting trucks!! What in the world kind of TRASH service is this?? Because the LAZY owner was sleeping and not answering the phone, they won’t rent trucks????? Absolutely unacceptable, disgusting and rude attitude. Not to mention, the area of this location is absolute, literal garbage. They tried to tell my husband that they will give him an upgrade truck in another location, as if that will do something. We don’t need a bigger truck. We NEED THE TRUCK WE RESERVED. Never ever ever renting from this place and will tell everyone I know to never use this location. I wish I could give -10 stars.

Cancelled my U-Haul reservation an hour before my pickup. Didn’t have the courtesy to call themselves and had a U-Haul rep call for them to offer me a truck much further away. Unprofessional and disorganized.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! Used a tow hitch for 2 hours and was charged for 3 days!!! Multiple calls to U Haul only to be told we would receive call from Area Manager, never happened!! Finally after 3 weeks received refund only to be charged AGAIN today!!!! Waiting on call back , the location it's self is useless to help!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost!! Will cost you more money and your time!!!
