I talked Thompson Plumbing about a problem with my washer and water softener. Scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning. The tech Bobby showed up at 9:30am, green booties in hand and introduced himself. Addressed the washer problem first, a resin build up in the water line. Which was taken care of. Then we walked through my home turning on all faucets checking water flow and any sign of resin build up...none. Next we checked the water softener and due to the age of it, Bobbie said it wasn't performing as needed. He also saw a small leak on the water heater reserve tank above the water heater itself. I told him it replaced the original one in 2016. I knew the time limits on both softener and water heater were close to replacement and told Bobbie to go ahead and replace them both and I decided on the tankless water heater option. He called for two more service men to help get the job done this same-day. Everything was finished by 4:30pm and the garage cleaned up where the installation was done. Thanks to Bobbie and crew for helping get my water issues handled in the same day.

Brenr the Electrician installed a whole home surge protector and 3 outside electrical boxes for us and he did an amazing job! We have had Thompson install our water softener and kitchen filter as well as inspect our AC. All of our experiences with Thompson have been efficient & affordable and their employees are always professional, kind and patient. Highly recommend!

Chris did a great job servicing our home. And Thompson was very easy to work with. They answered when we called, and we able to make an appointment within a few days, and the service was outstanding. And Chris was very friendly, and made sure we understood everything that he did. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience, and we did. Kasun was AMAZING. He checked everything and had excellent explanation on what needed to be done. He was very kind and respectful. I would recommend him to do service to anyone that needs there AC service. Thank you so much for sending him to our home to help service our AC units.

My first experience with Thompson Services was a very good one! Bobby showed on time and got right to work. He had the right equipment and knew exactly what needed to be done. Within about an hour he had finished up and we finished up the project and I signed up for an annual contract that covers water heater, air conditioning and furnace check ups and maintenance to keep them all running their best.

Less than an hour after calling Thompson plumbing, Landon and Brock were at my door.
They were so kind + professional, and did a great job!
These are the kind of guys I would feel comfortable leaving at my house if I had to run out during the appointment. ☺

Landon took great care to explain and show me what needed to be done to get my air conditioning running in top form for the 🔥summer ahead. He was conscientious about keeping my floors clean while inside.

Here it is, about a month later and I began to hear an intermittent thump when my a/c turned on. I called Thompson and got a very nice and professional after hours operator who assured that they would call as soon as they opened.
Landon called and told me to look for an appointment reminder in a text. He came out today with Brock and did several things to duplicate the thump. They were not able to replicate the sound but they assured me that they would be back if it happens again.
Landon and Brock are courteous, professional and patient.

One of the best experiences we have ever had with a service company. They had the expertise, were courteous and friendly, always on time, and a joy to work with. I will.alwys use Thompson plumbing in the future. A truly professional experience. They had the knowledge and experience to plumb and install a stand alone tub on my cement floor, not an easy task. They demolished my old drop-in tub, cut the cement under the tub, plumbed for the tub-filler and drain, re-cemented the holes cut, and cleaned-up the area removing all debris. To contain all dust from the entering the house they even installed a plastic sheet barrier from floor to wall and plastic floor covering from entry door to work area to keep our carpets and floor clean. It was an exceptional experience working with both Carlin and Bobby. They are true professionals of their trade.

We had hot water in only certain parts of the house. They replaced the old circulating pump with a new efficient automatic one and it works awesome. Our plumber was extremely knowledgeable fix a few other issues with our circulating pump and everything works great. Very neat and clean job and clean up everything.

Derek was soooo knowledgeable and thorough…did it up righteous! Appreciated his kind interaction with me and my puppies. Did a phenomenal job! This was a model home, and apparently they cut a lot of corners. He found them all and took care of them!

Very on time. Very informative. Best clean up ever. Felt like they cared about me as a person. No high pressure. I liked all the people I dealt with. Every one of their guys are people you can imagine having as a very good friend in the real world. Without reservation I highly recommend them.

Carlin was very respectful and friendly. He did a great job and did it fast. I'm glad I chose Thompson Plumbing to replace my hot water heater. They were also very reasonably priced compared to the other estimates I had gotten. Thompson Plumbing is definitely who I will call next time I need a repair.

Kasun was the tech that came out to do a evaluation on my ac unit, I was very pleased by the way he explained how the system works and educated me on that, also very respectful and clean and just overall best experience I've ever had he was able to fix my issues and the price was good definitely can sleep good knowing I have peace of mind that my system works, as well as thank you to Chris and bree in the office they have a really good team in the office! 10/10 stars

I had the most puzzling situation where the hot water only worked in our guest bathroom shower if the master bathroom shower was running. We have struggled to get this resolved but finally Teki figured it out. So very happy with our service!
