Great customer service

I would give zero stars if possible. I applied for a personal loan and got a letter stating that I was approved. It stated to contact local credit union. I called multiple times with no response and now the loan is not valid. I got hits against my credit score now. Very unprofessional. I will never go there again and I suggest you save your time and credit by not going there.

I submitted an application and got a letter almost two weeks later saying I was approved. No one called me. I reached out to everyone that I spoke to and still Noone can give me answers. They put in fake notes about leaving messages on a voice-mail that doesn't exist. My advice would be to go through the another lending company

Worst customer service ever. Inquired about a loan. No one got back to me after running my credit and never serviced my loan and now the time has expired and I have a ding on my credit for nothing.

I filed for a loan, was never called back to be serviced on the loan, and time expired before I could get in touch with someone. They hit my credit and I still didn’t get the loan 👎🏼

Worst place to apply for personal loan...
