Best pharmacy in the area. I cannot say enough about the service the staff provides, including the delivery people. I receive calls each month prior to refills—from a human being. All my questions and any concerns are answered politely and professionally. I have never felt as though a team member was talking down to me. It is so refreshing to receive pharmaceutical “care.” It is absolutely amazing to have seamless “care” between a physician and a pharmacy. Brings back memories of the pharmacies of my youth. Blessings to this incredible group of people.

I’ve been taking a very expensive compounded drug for years. Or I thought it was pricey at $486 for a 30 day supply. Imagine my surprise when I received my first order from MCARE Pharmacy, costing $180 + $12 shipping. To my further amazement I received it the next day! Don’t ask how long the other pharmacy took. Overall, I couldn’t be happier, especially considering the quality employees, I’ve never been made to feel so special, almost like I made a new friend. Try MCARE, you may be surprised as well.

When they say they will get medication to you the next day, they come through. When you are recovering from cancer surgery then treatment, medication is top priority to keep me from having another stroke.

Manny actually came out,from behind the counter,sat down,& took the time to explain how each medication worked,as well as when, and how to take them.
He answered my many questions, both there at the pharmacy, as well as by phone.Then when I called another time,on visit I would be making to Florida from Virginia,see my doctor Maria even dropped my medications off at the doctor’s office, just to save me an extra stop after the long trip. WHO does this anymore??? Plus MCare prices are fantastic, so much cheaper than any other pharmacy. I want a Manny and Maria in Virginia!!!!!❤❤❤

I did Ketamine IV Therapy this past February and am now taking Ketamine Lozenges each night . I went to Mcare Compounding Pharmacy and couldn’t be happier. With all of this being new to me I was scared and confused and Manny is incredible! I would call him very often to get advice and he would spend so much time with me on the phone and even asked me at times if I wanted to come there so he could talk me through it and calm me down. A true genuine, caring person. I have spoken to my Dr three times in total and never got any help or answers. Manny is the only one I reach out to when I have a fear or question. He even told me to take a specific vitamin and it helped me tremendously. All I can say is TOP NOTCH!!

I have received nothing but stellar customer service from Maria & Manny! They are absolutely the best. Definitely the most efficient & friendliest staff of any pharmacy I've ever used! I love that they call me before every refill to make sure everything is ok before filling my prescriptions or charging my card. I just really love everything about this pharmacy. I'd give more ☆☆☆☆☆ if possible! Highly recommended to everyone!

Mcare is by far the best pharmacy I have had the pleasure of interacting with in my medical journey. They have always been friendly and super helpful. They answer any questions I have had in a way I can understand it and seem to genuinely care about you. Even though I pray for a day I won't need their services, I am so glad to have them. Manny is such a great person and patiently answers all my questions. Oh, and the courier service! As someone who can not drive because of my disability I am soooo thankful for the courier service. They bring my medication to my house and take that stress off my mind. They call you every refill to make sure everything is good before filling your prescription or charging your card. I just really love everything about this pharmacy.

I always get a courtesy call well before my prescription needs to be refilled. It's always a preson, never an automated system. It's usually from Maria who is always so friendly and helpful.

If I could give them a hundred stars I would! Maria and her staff are so fantastic! They go above and beyond to provide great customer service! They certainly came through for me when I really needed them to! Thank you so very much!

I have never experienced care and customer service like MCARE. Their staff is the best. You can tell that they really care about their patients. I would highly recommend MCARE over ANY pharmacy ANY day.

Edit: I've been with MCare for almost three years now and I would never go anywhere else for my compounded medication. They are BEYOND amazing. I am so grateful for them.

I love this pharmacy! Great care was taken when filling my prescription, which was actually for my pet bunny. They created a liquid version of the medication she needed and even made it marshmallow flavored for her! They are a very kind pharmacy who really cares. 💜

This is just the absolute most amazing pharmacy. I have a unique prescription that I need to get filled every month and MCare is the only place in the area that is able to do it. Manny remembers me every month when I go in. He remembers the previous times when we have talked and always asks how my treatment is going. Maria calls me before my prescription is going to run out to see if she can get my refill started. She has even had it delivered for me when I wasn’t able to get to the pharmacy. I just can’t say enough about how happy I am with going to MCare. Thank you for all that you do.

This is the best pharmacy in may I say ALL OF FLORIDA!!! They are so incredibly helpful with anything that you may need. Truly hardworking and caring for all of their customers. Fantastic compounding pharmacy! I’ve used many in the past and this store really does a great job with the actual making of medicines. Seriously, try them, you won’t be disappointed. They are putting the “care” back in healthcare! Not only are they good at what they do, but the staff is amazingly wonderful and kind. They are always super helpful. They try and make this as easy on you as possible by following up with the doctors office as needed, reminding you of upcoming refills, super quick yet not terribly expensive shipping, and take time to explain any of the details surrounding the medicines you take.

Not only did they spend over 30 min going over my meds they always have my prescriptions ready fast! They are super friendly as well

Needed a specialized compound refill from previous provider, contacted MCare a year later, got the info and same reasonable price! With the cost of everything becoming astronomical, feels good supporting a intrical small business in the community that also is helping me stay healthy and hold the bottom line.

I moved from Upstate NY to Ocala FL last September, and was in need of a pharmacy to compound one medication I was already taking. My new pain management doctor prescribed another Med that required compounding. I require MCare to mail my scripts, as it’s over two hours away for me. The Staff at MCare contact you to let you know they have received your script, how they are going to fill it, and when it will be put in the mail. They discuss your shipping options. Refrigerated shipping is available. The staff are knowledgeable and have been able to answer all questions about my medications. There is never more than a very brief wait on hold. The customer service is beyond compare. I’m very happy to have found MCare to use as my compounding pharmacy.
