Beautiful facilities! Wonderful for getting children into the great game of golf. The instructors are so nice. The turf is well maintained thanks to the generosity of the local community.

My son has been introduced to golf through First Tee. Coach Gail has been awesome!!! Weekly visits for sure!!

As the president of a 501-C3 nonprofit organization for the past seven years, I understand the importance of community engagement and the impact of memorable experiences. Therefore, it is with disappointment that I share my recent encounter with the First Tee Golf nonprofit.

Last week, I reached out to the First Tee Golf nonprofit in hopes of acquiring tickets for the Cognizant Golf Tournament, formerly known as the Honda Classic, to introduce my grandson to his first-ever golf event. In response, I was assured that tickets would be provided and was asked to provide my email for further communication.

Today, the day of the tournament, I find myself without any response or tickets in hand. Despite diligently checking my email and spam folder, there has been no communication regarding the tickets that were meant to be a cherished memory for my family.

As someone who understands the importance of attention to detail and timely responses, I am disheartened by this experience. It is particularly disappointing considering the focus of the First Tee Golf nonprofit on supporting children and youth through golf-related activities.

While I sincerely hope that this is merely an oversight, the lack of communication has cast a shadow over what was meant to be a memorable family outing. As I anxiously await a resolution, I implore the First Tee Golf nonprofit to prioritize timely and effective communication, especially when it comes to fulfilling promises made to families eager to participate in their events.

In conclusion, I trust that the First Tee Golf nonprofit will rectify this situation promptly, ensuring that families like mine can continue to benefit from the wonderful opportunities they provide.
