Stayed here for business. Great hotel at a great location.

Housekeeping starts loud at 7:30 am which was a bit shocking to me. Just keep your do not disturb sign out if you are a late sleeper.

I have to say I had a phenomenal stay here! Everything was just so wonderful! The scenery was so beautiful! The designs of the hotel really caught my eye! This has to be 1-5 Top hotels I have stayed at around the world! The front desk was so nice and helpful! The room was spacious! The bed was big and comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from! The gym is huge with many options! The have a bar and lounge also an spa on site! There is so much in the area to do that’s walking distance such as restaurants and more! I really enjoyed my stay here!

Rooms and service are very good. Housekeeping every other day, free breakfast and a bar/lounge for drinks and food.

Room is always top notch for me when I've stayed here. Close to a grocery store and multiple restaurants and gyms. The hotel gym is well equipped with a peloton, cardio equipment and dumbbells up to 50.

Service is great, no major complaints there. They do share the same staff with Element so expect service to be somewhat variable.

overall I can recommend staying here if you want to be close to main areas and in a safe, stress free environment

Facilities and room are clean. Breakfast was fantastic, love the fresh made omelettes! Emmy was really friendly and helpful, she helped plan our visit at Pike Market! The staff are all very friendly as well. I definitely recommend this hotel!

It is a good hotel to stay, clean, safe, and quiet, at least when I stayed there. The hotel seems to be Pet friendly. The location is a dog friendly community. I notice people walking their dogs frequently. The hotel is just a walk away from the Microsoft quarters 3 minutes max. There are few restaurants nearby, two very good Asian restaurants just next door. If you are not driving, public transportation is pretty good there. Free continental breakfast. They do have a bar, and they also have a menu to eat and drink there if you don't want to go anywhere else.

I can't say much about the service since I only stayed for 2 nights, but everything else here was great! The beds are insanely comfy and the rooms are just nice in general honestly!!

Right off 520 with nice modern rooms. The beds were great with plenty of room for a six foot tall child pretending to be an adult, to jump on. The shower was properly tall and sprayed on top of my head rather than on my nose. The bathroom had a nifty sliding barn style door. I heard absolutely no noise at all. The rooms gave a fabulous night's sleep. I can whole-heartedly recommend this place.

Had a really nice stay here! The gym is top notch (they even have Pelotons!), and I was very warmly greeted by Vee (?). He was SO nice and welcoming. Hotel was very clean and quiet.

Rooms are fine, but there is a glass panel between bedroom and shower that allows light in bathroom into bedroom - annoying in middle of night when partner uses restroom. Very comfortable beds, sheets, and pillows.
Service in bar was great - super friendly and efficient!!
Alift shares check in desk with Element by Westin across the courtyard, a fact I found out when I had to go down in the middle of the evening to ask a question and had to walk across the courtyard in the rain, w/o a coat :( Not ideal, but again great Service once I was in the Element.
Areas for improvement:
Charging for parking in Redmond seemed excessive - especially for Bonvoy Premier members; and only 1 complimentary bottle of water in room was odd for a couple. Also charging $6 for a bottle of water in the room seems to be quite the mark up!

I was here for a business trip, but I really appreciated being at this hotel. Breakfast was great in the mornings, and I loved the tea set up at night. There's a bar at a hotel across the lot that is affiliated, and the food and drinks there are pretty delightful.
It felt like I was close enough to everything I needed to do and yet far enough to feel rested when back at the hotel.
I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's clean, and the design is minimalist and stylish. We had the king bedroom, and it was really great. I love how easy the hotel is to navigate within. The gym facility is nice and updated. Technically, it's a 3-star rating but it almost feels 4-star because of how modern and new it is. They have free drip coffee all day. The parking situation is actually much easier than anticipated. I recommend that you check in first so that you can get your room key card loaded with garage access. It's $12/day, which is actually cheaper than other hotels in the Seattle area.

This hotel is really stylish. My room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the shower. Being able to cast to the TV was a nice feature.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool or gym, but friends who did said the gym was great.
The bar/restaurant had a decent selection of food and drinks, and they offer credit if you skip linen service, which I thought was pretty cool.
Location is great- walking distance to Nintendo and Microsoft campuses, and several restaurants close by, with many more within short driving distance.
Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Redmond.

Few blocks from Microsoft also new train station is right around the block while also walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Newly built neighborhood which is only few blocks from the Microsoft commons, some open malls and more

Ask the lobby people for recommendations and any help, they are problem solvers 👍🏻

I had a four-day stay during a conference. The rooms offer more than enough space and even two tables for working. The bar and the gym are great. I choose it again at any time. I didn't look at the pool or the breakfast, but what I see I would choose to go out for breakfast. If you just want to take something with you, it's probably fine.

Beautiful hotel and very convenient to Microsoft (reason for my stay). The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I did eat downstairs and the food/drinks were perfect for the occasion. The room was very nice, decorated very well and a real pleasure. One thing I didn't like was the pump soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower. Otherwise, this is definitely a 5 star hotel.

Had a great stay here to visit a friend in Redmond. Staff were kind and helpful, especially Vee. We had a lovely breakfast at Rise our first morning there.
