This place is so amazing. The people who work there are so sweet. They never mess up my order. Every time I order, I am very, very pleased. They definitely deserve a great review. They are also kid friendly. I have never heard them fight.👍

I have to say, this and the Leesburg location are two of the best Chipotles I've been to in a long time. Remember when the lines were out the door at all the locations? The service and overall experience has declined a lot since then. HOWEVER, I've been pleasantly surprised multiple times at this location. They're always friendly, usually moving pretty quick, and my order has always been right on point. I relocated from Orlando to Sumter county and I eat keto so it's great to have somewhere I can grab a quick, healthy, delicious meal when I'm commuting in/out of the metro area.

Place always busy, employees seem to have to guidance from a lead person. Makes service chaotic. Food taste great.

The employees here did an AMAZING job! This is some of the best customer service that I've ever encountered at a Chipotle. Both of the young women who prepared the food, and worked the cash register showed management level performance.

I would like to congratulate Lorenzo. He is amazing and should become the manager soon. I always come to this place because I love the food. You can tell now that the long lines are shorter and the costumer services had improved enormously. Thanks for being the way you are. Everywhere he goes he will do great with that personality .

I had a great experience at this location. There were a lot of employees to deal with the heavy foot traffics. Everyone was doing something to either cook, prep, and/or serve the food. The value and overall experience was great! The facility was clean as well and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a chipotle.

I went to this location a few times during my visit to Florida and i will say the meat is always better at night! I bet its the person running the grill making the difference! Always appreciate a TASTY meal!

It's chipotle, this location has good service. I've never had a concern or issue.

Food and service has been amazing every time I have visited or picked up.

I ordered To-Go right around the lunchtime rush today and my order was accurate and on time. The bowl and burrito were both full and had a generous amount of each ingredient.

Chipotle is always bound to be good. This place is a classic and the food there is awesome. Some of the best food ever. Unlike most food places they don't cheap out on everything, THEY ACTUALLY GIVE YOU ENOUGH FOOD TO FILL YOURSELF!!!!! It is so rare to find anyone who does that anymore. A SOLID FIVE STARS for this place. I couldn't possibly recommend this place any more than I am. If you are hungry, GO HERE.

P.S. Dont go before 12 for lunch because the staff are garbage and didnt put alot of stuff in my burrito that normally is put in.

I appreciate this location. I have not had any issues, unlike other locations. Other locations have had overcooked meats, over salted rice or have had my delivery order missing things. This location I have had both delivered, ordered ahead for pickup, and made in person, they meet each request and never feel like I get ripped off. I also order my bowls/burritos with almost everything and they gladly fill those items and close them up without deterring me to lessen things.

There is a young lady that works there named Brooklyn not only is she the sweetest thing in the world but she did an outstanding job. It was an absolute pleasure to have her prepare my food. I think she should absolutely be training other employees.

Fresh ingredients, convenient app for pickup, and some tasty options. Serving size for the price is good, and they make some pretty good guac! Chipotle is usually our go-to for last minute "I don't wanna cook" nights, and this is our local one we usually go to.

Quick service. The seating area was dark and a little messy. Didn't matter to me since I was taking out. Food was tasty as usual.

Always great service and great food. I like this location a lot due to the fact that the staff work quickly to get the lines down. They also have fresh stuff to choose from that is delicious. Store should take down that one wall to make the place bigger so more people can sit down

Had an excellent experience here. I didn't catch the girls name I spoke too but I ordered a few vegetarian bowls and she just so happened to be a vegetarian as well. I'm new to being a vegetarian so she gave me a few tips and things to try which I really appreciate! This location seems always clean to me, sometimes the portions are alittle inconsistent but this last visit was great

I was pleasantly surprised. Usually the meal does not live up to the expectations because most places cut their meat poorly. I got steak tacos. The meat was delicious. The spicy salsa was wonderful and they were very generous with their toppings! This girl is happy!!!! I'll be back!

Came in pretty close to closing time, which is something I always try to avoid. They were out of steak which I could not fault them due to the time of my arrival. The gentleman making the food made some great suggestions as alternatives. As a result I tried the barbacoa for the first time. It was actually pretty great. I believe I may have found a new favorite.

Love this location!! They’re polite and fun! And we’ve never had an issue with an online order being incorrect EVER. Food is always hot and fresh! We appreciate the smiles and the hard working people here! We’ll make this a lunch stop more often!
