Caroline Honculada, MD

I've seen Dr. Honculada a few times over the last 3 years, dealing with stomach and liver issues, and she has always been professional, polite, respectful and attentive to any concerns I've had. The main lobby, restrooms and examining rooms are very clean and the staff are always friendly and smiling!

WONDERFUL Doctor. Was very, very Pleased to have her. She was getting ready to have a Procedure on herself. Yet did a Procedure on me on a Saturday 2 days prior to her own. She doesn't work Saturday's but chose to do this for me. I will always be Grateful for her Kindness, Gentleness and Professionalism. Thank you.

Very kind hearted doctor. I was previously diagnosed with chrons and IBS. Been having bad flare ups. She has done an endoscopy in September and colonoscopy in June. Nothing is showing but continuing to have pain bloating and nausea. She did find I have a very sensitive colon. Wasn’t suppose to see me for another year but with symptoms still going and getting worse has brought me back in.

The place was clean and the people were nice

Very unprofessional office. They do not get your questions to the doctor for her to respond with any answers. The office manager has been untruthful to the doctor in order to get me dismissed so if the doctor knew the truth and the whole story then she would have not dismissed me after already tlking with me a few months back and I followed and completed everything that was asked of me. The office manager was disregarding my faxes from another health care provider that was needed to make my appointment for tests that I needed. I was told by another office staff member that the office manager was making it hard for me to be seen and was dismissing my papers that was faxed in to make my appointment for any of the tests. In her opinion I shouldn't be able to make any other appointments after having to cancel some appointments in the past due to other health issues. I Was informed that even she went as far to make an appointment for me just to say I canceled it or couldn't make it. My phone records will show the date I was supposed to of called in to make this appointment which never even happened. Iv never been treated this way by any health care provider office. I'm sure the doctor does not have any clue to the real problems she has in her office. . They wasted my time for me to just start over again when I need my tests done and answers. Thinking of seeking advise cause this is not right. Hoping the doctor makes this right. I would hate this to happen to anyone else. Please look further for health care.

Spoke with office today because I was informed that the office manager was adding things to my patient chart that was not true. Called and questioned it. Now had to make a formal complaint today and waiting on someone to reach out to deal with this situation. Very unprofessional staff.

First visit i gave a list of my current medications, left out my blood pressure medication by mistake. Called the pharmacy to refill my Symbicort and she had canceled it. I never received a call from anyone in the office. If their was a zero here she would have it.

I didn't feel like I was listened to at this Location. She told me nothing was wrong with me And that I could go to another doctor for peace of mind. I am so glad I decided to do that Because the other doctor diagnosed me

This doctor doesn’t listen to her patients. Do your research first before going to this doctor! 0/10 would not recommend

Found doctor through health insurance provider listing. Received referral, made an appointment, 6 weeks in advance. 36 hours before my appointment, they cancelled. Said they do not accept my insurance. REALLY!! On the insurance list and you received the referral well in advance. When I called to get clarification, I had to leave a message. Guess what? NO CALL BACK. What a crock. Even Advent health lists my insurance company as one they accept. Again, what a crock!!

This "Dr" did not answer any of my questions or address any of my concerns. This was just white collar stealing. Be very careful of this office.
