This location is very consistent they are opened late late and the food is still great even into the late hours this is not the closest Taco Bell to me but I will drive to this location passing the other TB up Tara this location offers App ordering which is my preferred method of ordering. They always have any new menu items that I see on commercials or from the internet. service isn't terrible especially for cheap fast food. I love Taco Bell and have for sometime so I truly enjoy a consistent location to give me my Taco fix

The food was fresh and hot the employees are very very nice we really enjoyed our taco supreme and Mexican pizza the best we've had in a long time from Taco I give two thumbs up Jonesboro Georgia Taco Bell 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cashier got an A for upselling and the managers get an A for service and both made me feel welcome

I don't usually rate fast food places but this one deserved a shout out! Took my granddaughter and her 10 friends (plus 5 adults) straight from the water park to this location. The staff had no issues with a gang of wet folks taking up 1/3 of the dining room, no problem preparing our $100+ order (and ALL of them were right!!) and no problem with us throwing an impromptu b'day party!! They even threw in free cinnamon twists for everyone!!! Hats off to y'all 🙂

This is my favorite Taco Bell in Atlanta. This one is franchise on but you can tell that the franchise owner knows a lot about operating his franchise. It is clean and the customer service is always prompt. So usually empty because they like to move expertly when preparing meals. I see that their hand washing is also outstanding just from observation. The restrooms are pretty clean. And building is immaculately clean for a fast food restaurant. I will get you photos next time I visit.

Is Taco Bell on Tara Boulevard always is clean and the food is always fresh

The drive thru wasn't crowded. The customer service was really good which is very rare these days! My wife got the three Doritos tacos with extra meat and cheese only. It was expensive but they were very good. The tacos were correct, but there was something incorrect about my order. I was able to go in and they corrected the issue with no questions and they were very nice about! Kudos Taco Bell!

Cashier Neri G. is amazing! She went above and beyond to complete my order. She is so sweet and nice. I went to visit her on 1/18/23 at 12:13 and she was great!! Excellent customer service. I wish she was there every time i went. Please keep her at this location!!! I hope to see her next time! It is the little things that count and she is a gem.

I ordered a slushie, 2 chicken burritos and 2 chicken tacos. Perfect and right on time. Love this staff.

They are not stingy on their fake meat!!! I don't like Taco Bell, but when I'm hungry and it's convenient, I go to do this one

Always fast service to the drive-thru in my order is usually correct fresh and hot food is usually right service is good

My visit to this location was superb. As I walked into the store, I received a sweet, warming welcome from the staff. That's a plus for me! More staff members eagerly asked if I needed any assistance with placing my order in which I did plus more. Overall, I enjoyed my curtail visit with many to come. Thank you! The staff was amazing! I mean c'mon, it's Taco Bell. If you are there, you want fast Mexican food. It is what it is. But the staff at this location as funny, engaging, and I even did the survey. Tammy was the best. Great personality, made me feel like she wanted me there. A fresh air in terms of fast food cashiers. Worth the visit

This was the best experience that I have had in a long time at a Taco Bell. The service was excellent and the food was awesome. The burritos were soft and not dry, as they should be. The taco was fresh and stuffed. I HIGHLY recommend this Taco Bell for some quick, yummy Mexican food. Next time that I am in the area I will be returning

My son is now 22, and we have lived here (less than one half a mile from the Taco Bell) for about 15 years. It was then his favorite place to eat and it still is.....they always have a very good/high rating from their health checks. Their food can be inexpensive if you think before ordering. They also have happy hour in which the drinks are only $1. In fact, I believe the "happy hour" is actually 2 hours. They even have breakfast which my son has tried and he speaks very highly about it.

This is the 5th time going through the drive thru and I get home and the order was wrong and missing items. This is the worst Taco bell in Clayton County. I only use this one because it is so close to my house. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to another one from now on !!!!

The food is cooked hot just the way I like it I had no problems with the food because my service was great

Went to taco Bell in a rush. Was greeted by shaquita she was friendly , well mannered just an all around pleasure. The order was quick and so pretty I almost didn't was to eat it. Ms CICI your afternoon people are A+
