I have been going to Dr. Allongo for many years. He is a good man and a good doctor. He is also very caring. The problem is not with Dr. Allongo, but with his business model. As with many physicians, they take on too many patients. This makes for long waiting at the office. Then when you see the physician, you see him/her for 10 minutes. This also overwhelms the staff too. A human can't operate at top speed the entire day, day after day. So if you choose Dr. Allongo, know that he will take care of you, but be willing to wait up to two hours in the office to see him for 10-15 minutes.

Office manager doesn't have office educates.

Dr. Allongo is the worst doctor!! My father was a patient of his and Dr. Allongo made my father fear to get a surgery he needed! Dr Allongo was basically letting my father die! Dr. Allongo saw that my father's health condition was going downhill fast and instead of recommending him to specialists that could have really helped him sooner, he put the fear in my dad telling him that if he sees any specialist that suggest surgery to save his life that my dad will die from that surgery. Dr. Allongo is NOT a surgeon and was letting my father's health get worse without a care in the world and when my mother would question Dr. Allongo he would get angry about it! Needless to say, my father ended up in ICU and was transferred to such an AMAZING hospital at Cleveland Clinic where they performed the surgery successfully and is still alive opposed to what Dr. Allongo told him that he would die if he went through with the surgery! Dr. Allongo puts fear in these older patients where they just believe anything he says!

I went into the office due to symptoms of a common cold lingering for a month or so. I was not diagnosed while in the office, Dr. Allongo ordered a chest x-ray and prescribed 5 different medications. Some of the staff in Dr. Allongo's office were not very kind or welcoming. I followed up with Dr. Allongo's office to confirm the results of my chest x-ray and to get my diagnosis. I got the results of my chest x-ray which were normal and eventually was able to get my diagnosis out of the nurse. The call was very unpleasant, needless to say I will not be returning to this office in the future.

Must likely I dont write review .. worse experience ever had.. worse customer service starting with the lady In the front dest, bad attitude since I got there.
Took my ID and insurance charge my copayment and then gave me the new patient forms , never told me that the doctor was running late. The attitude wasn't only with me was with almost every patient,
My appointment was schedule at 11:00am waited for almost two hours in the resection area and they bring me to the back never asked for the reason of my appointment left me waiting in one room 35 more minutes, end result I never saw the doctor. Why given appointments by hours if they are not going to respect the patient times. I requested my money she never apologized for the inconvenience. To make this worse this appointment was reserved two months ago , lost of time .

Because of this so called doctor my father has died. He prescribed my father with wrong medicine all the time. This doctor pretends to know modern medicine but he is as anitquated as Hippocrates. Do not seek help from him. Do not seek any advice from him as he knows nothing. Beware of him as he looks after his own interests. Because of him my father is dead. Shame on you Dr. Alongo!!! You should not be practicing medicine. Do not have him as your doctor.

Unprofessional Doctor. He must have unique powers. You visit him for pain in any part of your body. From his seat he can give you a diagnosis, give you pills and send you home. No body assessment required. His staff .....yeah they are rude....he needs a break from seeing patients....dont go to him....

Horrible experience. Worst doctors office I have ever been to. Had a 12 o clock noon appointment and wasn't even called by 2pm when I finally decided to give up on waiting. I saw people coming out that were inside from before I arrived at the office which was at 11:40. Completely unacceptable. They think people have all day to be waiting on them.

Dr. Allongo's West Palm Hospital office NEVER BOTHERS ANSWERS THEIR PATIENTS PHONE. Terrible! As you can see three out or three BAD reviews so far.

Appointment is really useless here. It'll take 20-30mins before your name get called, and the lady with glasses is so rude.

La mentablemente no es por el servicio del Dr. allongo , que doy una estrella , por el daría las cincos .
Llevo tiempo con el Dr . Con el nunca e tenido problema. A mi y mi fam. Los ha tendido muy bien , el problema es una de sus secretarias. La sra. del pelo corto gordita , es una gran grosera y entrometida , un carácter de perro no se por que la tienen hay por culpa de ella 😡. El dr. Se lleva la mala reputación de servicio, otra nunca a tienden las llamada , yo estado frente del ellas cuando suena y nunca lo contesta , yo me canso de llamar y nunca ha sido contestada personal, siempre la grabación y entonces no te contestan ese mismo día al otro día y cuidado .y la oficina siempre está vacía. Y por sus largas espera aunque tengas citas , el Dr. es un ser muy bueno y médico . 👍

Sus asistentes son mal educadas ,la espera es larga aunque tengas citas ,sus asistentes médicos hablan de su vida privada y se ríen en horario de trabaja mal carácter groseras
