Took my car in on a Friday for a new alternator. Gentleman who helped me was professional, cordial, and transparent. Although they had to keep my car over the weekend (as they close at 5 and don't work on weekends), he did say my car would be ready between 12 and 1 the following Monday. I was happy to get a call at about 11:30 to hear it was ready. The price they quoted (before taxes) was what I paid and I was out quickly. Very happy with the service!

These guys are the most honest and professional in the area. My elderly mom had a battery replacement at Autozone and they said that her alternator was bad (but was running fine). I told her not to drive it for fear it may die. She took it to Will's, they gave her a ride home rather than me ordering her an Uber as I live out of town. About 2 hours later someone from the shop calls and says nothing is wrong with the Alternator and explained why it may have given a false info after the battery swap. They could have easily just replaced the alternator like a lot of of their shady competitors but they didn't. They then picked up my mom and she drove off and she shared they wouldn't take any payment and just told her we'll see you back if and when it does fail.. I'll recommend them to ANYONE. Thanks guys for being honest and I'm sure the numerous 5-star reviews are legit. Thanks again!

Had brakes and rotors done last time I was in. I have been bringing my vehicles here for years and the service is always great. I always recommend others, they don't try to sell you things you don't need which is very nice, it's hard to find a good mechanic! Thanks Will's starters!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Old school style of business. I was working on a boat and didn't have a car and they were helpful enough to give me a ride to the parts house.

Old school shop that actually rebuilds alternators and starters. I felt so much better buying from them than buying a "new" made in China part. I walked in and gave them my 10 year old marine alternator and left 3 minutes later with one they had previously rebuilt.

Been doing business with these guys for years excellent service and absolute experts. They will go above and beyond to get your part to you when you need it! Prices went up a little recently but they earn every penny and they are still in line or cheaper than anyone in town!!

Great people here if you need starter or a alternator this is the place to go they have been here a long time. If he don't have it he can fix it or get you one .

Great place. Called a few parts suppliers. They gave me a price of $582.15 for a starter for a giant mini loader. Called wills and here they came to the rescue. A little over $200. Great place and vary knowledgeable and friendly. I deff recommend this place for your starter and alternator needs. They over more services and it's hard to find a honest place these days that are not trying to empty your wallet. Stop by check wills starter and alternator out. You won't be disappointed.

Brought in a starter for my Jeep TJ. Dropped off around 930a and was ready for pickup around 1am. Customer Service was amazing. For my first time coming in I was treated like a regular. Guys really care about what they do and my starter works and sounds amazing during startup now!

Went to Wills starter with my 66 F-250. Had some wiring issues for my brakes and my turn signals that another car shop messed up. Will fix the issue no problem great service and a great mechanics. And electricians We'll be doing more business in the future! Great prices and truthful honest people!

Great staff great price. Took my car there today with a charging issue. Was told they were full and asked if I would leave car. I lived pretty far and didn’t have a way to get back and forth so I said I would wait. I would do whatever it took. Was even told it prob wouldn’t be done today, alas I would wait as I didn’t want another dead battery. If I had to wait I had to wait. 10 min later the boss said they would look at it and if it was an easy fix it would be taken care of within the hour. These guys fixed it within 25 min. Something 3 other shops couldn’t over the last few months. I’m very very grateful. You took a huge load of stress off of me. Sometimes you don’t know what you do for customers beyond what you think you fixed for them. Thank you to the 3 gentleman that dropped what they had goin on and fixing it for me. To the boss who was clearly a little stressed at first and maybe thought I was trying to get a rush service, I’m sorry if I came off that way, and thank you very much for getting the guys on my car. These guys are top notch. Nobody had my starter for out high reach lift, so walked in he said pretty sure and boom new starter. Thanks you guys are awesome.

Had to get a starter for my Toyota sienna they had a rebuilt one ready To go came with a one year warranty this was two weeks ago and i have no problem with it and saved like $60.00 going to them
