The guys are the best. I am HOA president for our condo and contacted them for our Fire-pit. They fixed the issue in minutes and got us a part that I have been trying to get for over a year. We love this company. They are the only company that can make our fire pits in Florida function properly, even with the harsh environment and the salt air near the ocean. They use the finest equipment and come quickly when maintenance is required. We would highly recommend them to anyone- especially in a difficult environment for outdoor fire pits!

No problem ordering on the website. I even got a call to tell me the items I ordered were not compatible so changed my order telephonically. All good so far, just waiting for delivery now.

I’ve been using this company for years for my gas appliance installation. Most recently I contacted them for upgrading an appliance/new appliance installation. Oh how times have changed.
I understand you may have new policies, but it’s all in the way you communicate with your clients. If you’re going to be rude you’re going to lose clients. Enough said.

i called them for a question the guy answered me look like iam asking him for a charity he has no idea about customer service culture
i could not understand him and he ended up the call 📞 he forget the companies work to build reputation not just money , the bank account can be zero one day but the reparation building up the profit
