Chase Bank

I have had my Business Account for Florida Power Yoga at This Chase branch for 11 years. It has the most helpful associates. I particularly love working with Diane the manager. She never just lets people sit in the lobby waiting for help. She talks with them and gets them quickly connected with a teammate.

Rafi Khalil is phenomenal. I went in to open a few accounts and I’ve never interacted with someone that is as professional and amiable as Rafi.

The Vice President\Branch Manager Diane is absolutely great, she’s been so helpful every-time I’ve been in or emailed her for help with my banking. She’s gone out of her way numerous times to ensure I was taken care of as a customer. Thank you Diane for all that you do!

My visit at this branch was a great experience and success! I needed to change some details on my account, so when I called yesterday, Max was very quick to help me set up an appointment to make sure I can get in at a convenient time. When my husband and I went in today, Max was efficient and got our affairs taken care of, answering all of our questions and even providing additional important information that we were unaware of. I will definitely be visiting this branch again because of the excellent customer service, the professionalism, and the cleanliness and location of the building! Alright, I'll talk these guys up. I have been here twice since they opened to make deposits and everything went swimmingly. These occasions were both at times when almost all of the other Chase branches near us were closed except for maybe the drive-through window. I wanted to go inside to make the deposits because they were for relatively large amounts and I have never used the drive-through window before. Both of the times I went I was in and out in about 5-10 minutes, including withdrawing from the ATM. The people at this branch are very courteous and efficient. Their keeping the lobby open really helped us out. Thank you very much.

I took my younger brother to open his first bank account here and Flor was the absolute best. She answered every little question my brother had and was very patient. Our experience at this chase bank was very good thanks to Flor. 🌷

Mahindra aka Max provides excellent customer service to Mac Daddy Sales and Services. We have a runner drop off payments so we rarely see him but its a relief to now that he will provide his attention to detail when the need arises. Thanks Max, Tamara Griffin

I went in for a cashier's check expecting to wait for awhile. Someone helped me right away, and I had my check in hand in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly!

Flor provided the best banking experience in weeks of managing estate busuness. Fastvefficient and branch quantities across the usa help people a lot.

Super super bad customer service. Cashier (man) not friendly at all. No “hello”; No “Smile”. Couple months ago, I was turned down because they were too busy to help me. Said that I need an appointment. I asked can I have an appointment on next Monday? She said “No, it already fully booked”, she answered without looking to appointment book or dashboard.
