Dunkin'

The sweetest young lady helped me with my order that I placed for pickup at the wrong location. She prepared the order for me instead. I’m so thankful for her, I didn’t have to drive there’s instead!

I've been going to this DD for many years and I've had bad experienced in the past but since the manager of the store her name is Jae I've been so happy and satisfied with her and her staff since she became the Manager and her welcoming smile everytime I go there whether through the drive thru or inside is such a pleasant sight to see...

I come here almost every morning before stopping at work and this staff is beyond amazing ! Always so sweet and with a smile on their face, which not a lot of Dunkin staff members have due to always being so hectic.

I went to this Dunkin' this morning. The cashier seemed overwhelmed. But she wasn't rude to me. Her and the staff got my order right, and were very polite. Just a heads up, they are EXTREMELY busy in the mornings, due to their location. If you're in a rush go to a less busy location.

Oh my God it's one of the best Dunkin donuts in Palm Beach

It was one of my favorite top 3 Dunkin donuts! The coffee is always fresh never had anything bad food wise! Even when there's a long line it goes fast! Hands down for all of the workers at dunkin donuts they are non-stop and still, nothing is ever wrong and the 1 time when the order was mixed up it was handled very quickly!!!!

idk where all these bad reviews come from. I go here almost every other day through the drive-thru, and mostly when it's busy, sure I may have gotten my order wrong once or twice, but the staff has never been rude, or at least I've never witnessed it. they're always so nice to me, I gave them a huge tip around Christmas and I'm thinking of getting them candy for Easter. get your order wrong? sure, maybe. rude? I don't think so, unless there's ONE individual you're referring to, anyone I've ever dealt with here is awesome

I would like to thank the manager, Oscar. I received the wrong order this morning in the drive thru and had no time to come back until my lunch break. When I arrived, I was taken care of immediately and gracious for Oscar being so pleasant and making the best of a simple mistake.

Don't be alarmed by the long drive thru line it most very fast. Customer service is great and from my many visit, not one time has my order been wrong.

The is the best dunkin donuts in town. The customer service is fantastic even when it is extremely busy. The food always seems more fresh. The drive thru in the morning is busy but moves quickly. The best thing is the coffee and tea dont taste watered down like other locations.

Well the new guy made my drink today. It's good, but not better than Antwons.

I know it's justy First day, but for people that's​ not computer literate. It's hard and it may take a few weeks. But I thank God I have patience. Because it was worth the wait. I have no regrets.. It​ was so much easier and faster to walk in and pick​ up. I will continue to use this online service. I wish all restaurants do this.

They were very fast. Plenty staff, professional, great customer service, an employed with a staff to accommodate English, Spanish, and Creole-THAT IS A HUGE DEAL.

I love this location. They just remodeled and it looks so nice. My orders are always correct and the folks are super nice.

The two young men in this store are very polite and can make a AWESOME tasting Ice Coffee And Coolata... Hands down my best experience.

The people here are great and always respectful, unlike another dunkin nearby, this place always gets it right.
