I been a patient of Doctor Gilbert since 1997. Doctor Gilbert and his staff are the the best. He sees every patient himself very knowledgeable and very prompt with results with a great staff. His receptionist Kim is so helpful she goes far and above to accommodate patients and the Pharmacy inside is offer is another great perk . I give them A 5 star. Lou L

I’ve been going to doctor Gilbert for about 8 years now. His office is run like a well oiled machine. And you just don’t see the type of care provided by Dr. Gilbert anymore. He truly is connected to the patient (speaking from firsthand experience) and he takes time to personally call you with lab results which says a lot. Now he is not all puppies and chocolates and you won’t be able to chat it up with him about your personal life but you will get consistent quality care with him. I highly recommend Dr. Gilbert.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Gilbert for more than two decades. I have referred my farher to him and when he comes to Florida he obtains his annual visit. He is the best PCP in town

Dr. Gilbert has been my primary care physician since 1999. He and his Staff ( Kim & Myra ) have been a major part of my health care. I have been so Blessed to have Dr. Gilbert and staff in keeping me healthy. I moved out of Palm Beach county many years ago, but still make the hour trip to see Dr. Gilbert when necessary.

Dr. Gilbert is extremely dedicated to his patients. He is warm and friendly and is always there to help with all of my medical needs. I highly recommend him as he has been my family doctor for many years now.

Great Physician and great staff! I am a long time patient (20+ years) and feel very fortunate to have him in my corner. Additionally I believe that the majority of his staff has been with him as long as I have been a patient which also is testimony to his integrity.

Dr. Gilbert is my husbands doctor. I have never interacted with him till now. My husband has been going thru some health issues for the past 6 weeks and I could not ask for a better doctor or office help. He has been very helpful and right on top of things. He has personally called my husband several times a week to check how he is feeling. If you want your loved ones to have a doctor that cares for their health he is you man. The girls in the office are right on top of things.

I am an advocate for Medicare Beneficiaries and I called this doctors office to schedule an appointment with Dr. Gilbert for my client. I have never spoken to such a nice and helpful office! I wish I had caught the woman's name who answers the phones. She was SO sweet and patient and took the time to understand my clients situation. We got my client booked and ready to go for his appointment. I will be referring any of my clients in his area to go here. Thank you!

A few years ago I was looking for a new primary care physician because it was so difficult to make an appt with the one I had been going to for a decade. A close friend of mine recommended Dr. Gilbert in West Palm Beach who has been her doctor for a very long time. I am now so glad that I became a patient because he is the best doctor out there. Dr. Gilbert is a man of few words, but a very good listener. He is straight forward and accurate with diagnosis and treatment. He addresses health issues in a no nonsense manner. He is prompt with responding to messages and concerns. The staff in the office are also 5 stars which is so important as well. Kim who is at the front office is an angel !!! She is so caring and professional. All messages are documented and communicated in the office. You don’t have to wait days for a response - they are all completely “on the ball” here. Shayla in the back office and other staff members are all on point. When refill scripts are requested they are called in ASAP no worries. The office facility itself is very clean and up to date and a comfortable clean waiting room. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been going to Dr Gilbert for over 10 years, he is one of the most competent Dr's I have ever been to. He is to the point and straight forward. The office is respectful of your time and works to get people in and out in a timely manner.

Very nice practice, staff all knows you by name and is very easy to work with. Dr. Gilbert is very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. For someone who gets blood work done routinely, it’s very convenient that they do it right there in the office!

Dr.Kevin Gilbert has a well run practice! From In house pharmacy store to a staff that is trained to take care of any situation. He is very knowledgable and takes care of all of his patients really well!

Very good doctor. Very straight forward and on point! He listens and does his own evaluation. Short waits in and out in 30 minutes every visit and this is including blood work. I recommend him to all of my family members and friends.

The Dr is great. He listens to the issues and provides great care. His staff is always pleasant and attentive to our issues. The entire office staff is in amazing.
