Brought my toddler son here as a new patient after moving. The receptionist was very friendly coming in. They have a decent front area with Disney movies playing, plenty of seating. The doctor was also very nice in explaining everything I asked him with no run arounds that I have had to deal with in the past. I did have an issue finding this place since it was in a series of buildings, but I will be continuing taking my son back there.

Shame on me for not sharing my heartfelt thoughts after nearly 7 years and three boys later... Dr Bender, wow, not only are you an amazing pediatric doctor full of compassion, and able to diagnose every issue we've run into, but a doctor that truly cares not only for the children, but for the parents as well, not talking down to us, you relate to us, you value our relationships with great empathy your heart overflows to everyone you come in contact with. Your a great miracle worker, God has truly blessed you. Thank you for you and your staff.

Great staff and awesome caring doctors! It's a hidden gem. They were detailed oriented in regards to paperwork. They took the time needed for the child. All concerns and questions were taken care of and answered. This place is a blessing! Thank you all!! THANK YOU DR. BENDER!! Que Dios lo bendiga!!

I love the staff here and the doctor's are awesome they take there time and don't rush you they are very understanding and patient I absolutely love this doctor's office and would absolutely recommend it to any of my friends family and children

Dr Bender was a great doctor for my boys Jimmie and Victor years ago he was the best!

I love this place they are fantastic, have been bringing my daughter here for 9 years. They really care about their patients and their health.

Awesome my children have been going there for 10 years and only a problem with insurance once. And I will continue to bring my children there.

I never get reminder calls, not once. I came in one time for my son's shots and they had no Auth on file, didn't verify his insurance and had ME do it in the waiting room while caring for a crying infant. Every visit I get a letter from my insurance saying the visit was not authorized (this is the office's responsibility to obtain an auth) Dr is more concerned with telling parents his sales pitch of telling friends he takes all insurance and to go like their facebook page. Everything is allergies, needed treatment for a cough, gave a knock off clariten and on the bottle said nothing about helping a cough. Had a 9am appointment (1st appointment of the day) sat in the waiting room for 30 min on numerous occasions. While in the infant room, a huge roach crawled up the drain ( I get, it's florida, but this is a medical office, it should be handled) Changing my son's pediatrician immediately!

Avoid this place at ALL cost. This entire office is full of incompetent employees. They will talk down to you and treat you like garbage and when you do have enough and leave they will make zero attempts to contact you for anything. I got charged for a day I came in and they told me that they would not see me and ran me off (due to their change in insurance policy) didn't see a nurse or the doctor yet I was charged. They never called me or emailed me or sent me any letters and I just got a call from a collections group. They will screw you over 7 different ways! Do yourself a favor and find a medical office with some common sense.

This Dr. does not recognize or remember patients he has been seeing from birth to age 13;
He FAILED to diagnose a 20% hearing loss; he wants to treat everything with clarityn; prescribes random antibiotics for no reason, and is convinced every child suffers from allergies.
Simply ridiculous.
Senile, incompetent, rude. Should have retired a looooooooooong time ago.
