Awesome experience with both Taylor and Josh. When arriving at the store, Josh was there to greet me before I even reached the door. Everything else from there on was smooth sailing. They both listened to my needs, and understood me completely. Keep up the good work!!

Recently had to go into the Verizon location on hwy60 in lake wales to purchase new phones. I called ahead to see if they had the phones I wanted and Greg answered and checked inventory quickly and in fact had exactly what I wanted. He put them to the side for me and I made my way to the store. Getting there, he had the door open for me already. Greeted me and made my experience quick and professional. Found ways to help be more cost affective for my bill and made the purchase quick and painless. I was in and out in an hour. That included putting the screen protectors etc on and transferring all the info from each phone to the newest ones. Greg (gentleman with the reddish hair and glasses who I think is the manager of the location possibly) will forever have my current and future business!!! Thanks again!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this guy Luis was tremendous! He helped us like no other sales executive ever did! He was patient and understanding and wasn’t trying to rush me off to run to another customer. 1 phone problem, 2 phone changes, and a new phone.

Greg was the best. See him for a good deal. I bought 5 phones with him and some tablets and cases and he set it all up. Definitely going back with him to get more products!

Folks here are great! Verizon corporate not the best. The folks here are helpful but Verizon as a carrier is not the best to be with

The folks at Verizon have always been wonderful. They've always helped me with my phone problems. They've always sold me wonderful phones and other devices that I've been very happy with. You have a great team at Verizon. I love you guys and gals!!

It was such a nice experience. Went with my boyfriend and my son to get a phone and my toddler was getting antsy, instead of shooting any rude looks or making me feel like I have discipline my 3 year old for being explorative and curious in a new environment, they made us feel welcome and even gave him a treat 😊. It made all my anxiety disappear and made it a much better day all around for all involved. Thank you so much Rolando we appreciate you and you helped my boyfriend find a phone he loves!

My wife and I went into the store with some concerns, Sylvette and Greg helped us with everything and we ended coming out with great new phones and now we understand all the terms and conditions in our account.

Ro was a real G and hooked me up with a really solid phone. He was an exemplary employee and both incredibly helpful with getting a replacement phone and taking care of my kid. If anyone asks me for a recommendation I'll be sending them his way for certain.
