Johnny was great! He was very friendly, relaxed, easy going. He listened to what I wanted, answered my questions and looked at pictures of the cut I wanted. I'm so in love with color and cut. He didn't just cut and color and send me on my way. He kept checking with me to make sure I was happy, that I was getting the cut I wanted. On my way out another customer complimented me on my hair.
Everyone was very polite, attentive, courteous and friendly. I'm definitely going to become a regular customer.

Alyssa did my extensions and I feel like a fairy freaking princess. I am beyond happy with her work. She took time to discuss the right options for my hair type. She was very informative and took extra time to teach me how to upkeep and style my new (gorgeous) hair. I couldn't recommend them more. Run don't walk to this amazing salon. I have alopecia and you can't even see my scalp anymore. Seriously, go!

I love this place and the staff is friendly and professional. Joey does my hair and he is very knowledgeable about hair and always does a great job every time! I highly recommend this place! The cost is affordable and the place is clean and inviting.

I went to Salon Volo for the first time and had an appointment with Amber Ray. Not only did she do an incredible job on my hair, but she was also easy to talk to. I had a cut and full highlights and I'm so happy with it. Amber may be somewhat new to the area, but she's definitely not new to doing hair. Her experience with color and cut shines through! After my free consultation I went back to Johnny for a cut yesterday. Wow! What an amazing experience.
First, I was offered a delicious vanilla iced coffee (thank you Karen).
Then Johnny gave me a relaxing hair washing, including a head massage, as I watched the clouds drift by.
He cut my long hair and then, as he moussed, dried, and styled he explained the process step by step.
I’ve never felt more pampered. And the price is right!

Amber was amazing! Amber was so sweet, kind, talked me through what she was doing! Definitely would love to see her again!! I even asked her if she can do some hi-lights, advising her that I did not add it to the booked appointment online, but she said she would and she killed it! I am so satisfied and already received tons of compliments!! 🫶🏽

Loved having Jayson as my stylist today. He was attentive to what I wanted and took his time to make sure I was happy with my new cut. I did a drastic style change and couldn’t be happier. The whole experience as a new client was fantastic and I will be going back.

Alyssa is amazing! Listened to my needs and concerns. Shows real love for her job. I came in just for a trim and conditioner treatment. She went above and beyond. Offered me purple shampoo on top of the treatment and took off the EXACT length I wanted. You know how some stylists can be.. but she’s absolutely wonderful. Will be coming here for my blonde touch up! And only seeing her💕

Book the appointment! This is hands down one of the best salons I've been too. I wanted to switch things up and go full color (brunette to blonde) for the first time in my life. I found Salon Volo on Google and reviews were great so I called and booked with Jayson. I knew he was going to be my go-to stylist from here on out after the first consultation. He explained everything to me when it came to full color (positives/negatives/dos/donts). It was clear he was extremely knowledgeable and was not trying to pressure me into any decision just to make the appointment more expensive which was refreshing to say the least. Jayson went above and beyond to give me exactly what I asked for and my hair looks gorgeous. See my before and afters!

Jayson has been a stylist for 23 years and he is ABSOLUTELY amazing! He used a Redken EQ Hair Gloss and used a special technique to do just a few foils in front. The gloss is off the charts and the highlights are just enough to not be overbearing. The cut is so modern and cute. I recommend Jayson highly. Let him do his thing and trust what he can do to bring something new for your hair!!!! Everyone in this salon is super nice and it's fun to try the different stylist out.

Absolutely the best service I have received in Saint Petersburg or even Florida in general. Joey listens and does not do anything until he understands what you want. The salon has excellent customer service and just over all a 10. I refer friends, family and strangers here as they take care if everyone that walks through the doors.
