Marissa is great. She makes getting your hair done a little more fun than the rest. I love the way she works my short blonde styles too. Her salon is always clean, welcoming and so soothingly decorated. Bonus…. You’ll always find local makers on display selling their cool creations. I can’t get enough of Davines products either! The smell and texture of my hair is the best it’s ever been. I heart Kalon 🤍

Mara has been doing my hair since I was 14! (That’s a long time ago!) I don’t trust anyone else with my hair! She always listens to me, gives me great recommendations, puts up with my ever changing hair color and also happens to be such a kind person! I recommend her to EVERYONE! It’s such a friendly atmosphere and prices are great! It only got better when Randi joined and now my eyebrows are always perfect too! I always feel so beautiful when I leave!

I’ve been to Mara for my hair probably close to 6 times a year for 12 plus years. She’s fantastic. Since she’s been the owner of her own salon her dedication to her own clients is still 100%. Even while taking on the responsibilities as an owner and employer. If you’re looking for a new place to get your hair done I highly recommend Kalon!!

Mara does a great job on my hair. She always listens to exactly what I want, and shares the price before she starts coloring so I am not surprised when it comes time to pay, which i really appreciate. She is always so sweet and pleasant, and funny, while working on my hair and finishes my hair in a reasonable amount of time, considering my hair is very long. Overall I am always pleased with my hair and hope I can continue to see her for years to come. I have never had a better color and cut than the one I received from Mara.

Once you come here once you’ll never want to go to another salon…. Marissa takes such good care of my hair and helped me learn how to protect my blonde. The color is always perfect, and it’s super easy to rebook with her. The reason however that I choose this salon over any other one in the St Pete area is because Marissa truly cares about her clients. She’s super easy to talk to and always cares about what I have to say. This salon also uses sustainable products which means soo much to me!
