you have to be kidding me!!!!!! the owner josh was beyond amazing ...i was extremely upset with the driver who hit me and there cheap insurance company. josh and his team were able to handle every detail of my situation and he left an amazing wax job on my bike better then busy bee car wash 124.00 dollar wax job. I'm bringing my bike back to him for some up grades .he will always have my business!!!!!

Spoke with the owner Josh about my accident. Pointed out the concerns and he went above and beyond with the final product even helping me out with a scratch that was not done in the accident. Actual Collision knows how to actually repair and refinish my car with actually superb customer service! God bless!

I can’t say enough about this shop and it’s owner, Josh. He goes above and beyond with the work that he does. I needed my driver’s side mirror replaced after someone hit me. Anytime I had a question or a concern, even with dealing with the other guy’s insurance company, he was there to help and guide me along the way. He made the whole process more bearable. My truck looks better than when I purchased it! I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again for being so kind, helpful and for fixing my baby!

Got into an accident a couple of days ago and my car was totaled. It was my first accident and I wasn't sure how to handle the process but Josh with Actual Collision made it a seamless process! He explained to me why it was a total loss by going through the damage with me. So thankful to have had his help! Will be only taking my future car here!
