I’m truly up set I didn’t get anyone’s name or gave a bigger tip but I was most impressed by the quality of the service. The gentleman taking the order had patience, forthcoming and kind as I recited my order. He was very well spoken & the staff all greatly did their jobs. Their work ethics of communication, movements, & all within a timely matter. Your staff symbolize a fine tuned machine & a perfect model of Waffle House. Thanks S.Davis Decatur Ga

Amazing Customer service random pit stop at this location very clean organized and customer service was great.

The food was good as usual and the customer service was way better than the last time I came over.

A very clean restaurant. I am pleased with service. I enjoyed the biscuit and sausage gravy. Along with a cup of coffee. This location gave off a good vibe. I was welcomed in soon as i walked in by the staff. I plan on coming back again.

This waffle house is always busy. Yet they always make sure they give you good service.

My spot every so often they need more seats

On a whim, decided to stop. Cashier and cook were very friendly. Food was excellent. They got the order right (you have no idea how many times my orders aren't correct). I will go back.

Service was awesome in my experience. When I visited, there were two young men new to the team so there were a few minor errors but nothing that wasn't expected of a new employee learning the ropes. They were happy to fix any errors and their attitudes were great. Definitely would come back again👌🏽

Great customer service this morning! It’s so rare for hat I go to a place these days and experience that and it blessed my morning. They were quick with the order and just went above and beyond. I will come back to this specific location because of this experience.

I give the cook 5 stars. Everything was cooked just the way that I like it. Good. Personality. The 2 waitresses 1 star. They needed to learn how to take an order and call it out. Low on comprehending and understanding what was heard, following instruction and repeating the order. Very low attention span.

I freaking love this place. I go here very very regularly. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I was so thrilled that when I had surgery two employees actually called to check on me and that made my day. Thank u for ur excellent service and great tasting food y'all. Keep up the great work!!! I can't believe some people actually put a couple of bad reviews. They must have had a bad day. In three years coming to ur location. Ive never been dis satisfied. Thanks to all of u. The ladies are AMAZING AND FRIENDLY! the customer service that they provide is above expectations! However, the guy cook is horrible, unfriendly, rude and messes up my food every time..to the point that when I walk in and see him cooking I DO NOT EAT!!!!! I consider myself a regular and its a disappointment when I see him cooking!! I think his name is flavo...

My first time ever getting my food in less than 10min and it was cooked exactly as I ordered it!!! I'll be back. Our server was so polite. I believe her name was Imeria...or something to that effect(sorry if I messed it up) but great service!!!

The server was very nice and prompt. The food was fresh and hot and it came out on time.

Good service, but my bacon was way over done. It was burnt that you can see it was black. I always have a good service at waffle house on highway 138, on Riverdale, Ga, this time my bacon wasn't good. But my waiter made it better for me. He took my burnt bacon and got me a new one. He was very hospitalable, good customer skills, and he made sure that were alright while were having our breakfast. This young man was very nice and have a customer setvice skills. I Place A Take Out Order Everything Look & Tasted Great. Staff Was Very Friendly And Cracking Jokes On One Another My Type Of Ppl. Juice Was My Server/Order Taker Great Energy And She Has A Fond Memory As She Repeated My Entire Meal Back To Me. Will Be Definitely Again. Stay Bless

My waitress was very good and fast. I ordered and she did everything perfectly. Me and my son ate well and fast and got my check right on time.

Other than the flies that kept coming in the door, the food was great and the service was too. I love waffle house and wish they had some up north where I live, but I enjoy going when I visit the south.
