We're excited to share this review of The Results Team we've recently had the pleasure to collaborate with to sell our parents' Puyallup home. Kylie was professional, diligent and worked tirelessly along with Carla to accomplish the goal of selling this home. This was an emotional journey for us and the end of that generation once finalized. Kylie kept the timeline targets moving forward and the education to support what and why we were doing to accomplish the tasks. We so appreciated the weekly updates to keep us up-to-date. This is an amazing team to have on your side and we would highly recommend them. Thank you. We had also used KW when we originally sold our Kenmore home 8 years ago as well.

This team is just over-the-top amazing. Carla and her crew stay in touch, making sure no stone is unturned in the home buying/selling process.

She really “got” our property which meant that we felt confident that she would know how to market it. The Results Team helped us navigate a very challenging Seattle housing market on both the sell and buy side. It was the first time we sold a house and with a baby on the way this winter, we needed to leverage our current equity to upgrade to a bigger home. The Results Team is aptly named because it truly was a team effort with 5-7 contacts available to us at any time for questions and support. We were concerned due to Seattle's current market with getting top dollar for our existing home and being able to stay in Seattle when purchasing our new home, but the Results Team advised us perfectly in the timing for listing the current house to get multiple bids and almost $200k more than we expected to get for our home! With the extra money we got for the existing house, along with the negotiation skills of the Results Team on the buy side, we were able to get our next house in the neighborhood we wanted for list price and save extra money to put towards furniture and baby items. We feel so blessed to have had the Results Team on our side for both sale and purchase and to have extra money in our savings account to help us prepare for our first baby. Thank you so, so much!

The Results Team is amazing. They are there for you as a client. I felt listened too when looking for my home and they really helped me find the house that was for me. The Results Team really cares for their clients and wants what will make them happy when finding a home and what will work for the individuals life style and budget. They are well connected in the community and now have become like family. I will definitely use them for purchases in the future.
