Northside Baptist Church

We came to this church years ago and instantly knew it wasn’t for us but we heard they completely changed the staff and ministers and so we tried it again. We are so glad we did! The people of the church are great and have become like family! It was just hard to desire that before. Now they have a minister that uses the Bible exclusively and isn’t afraid to truly teach on the word of God. Their music ministry has changed as well and they have a wonderful crew now that sing an array of old and new. Their children’s ministry has revamped and my children have loved it! Our oldest 3 are in the youth group and we love that they are truly cared about at this church. You can tell children are important to this church and I like that. They have a young adult group as well. Honestly, I think they have groups for every age and stage of life! They have a biweekly food pantry and free thrift store for those in the community that need a little help. Really blessed to call this place home.

Very friendly people. They have a wonderful food pantry for the surrounding community as well. I'm not sure what I believe anymore as far as religion, but the people here seem to legitimately follow the teachings on compassion and love.

I've been at this church now for about 3 years. Pastor Chad is great and always preaching from the gospel. Pastor Daryn has a heart of gold and works tirelessly for the church. I've never felt so welcomed at a church before. There are so many ways to volunteer here making it easy to get involved. I love this gospel and truth centered church.

I was invited to come here a long time ago. Finally, i went because the Sunday school class was teaching on subject dear to my heart. Iam so glad. I was taken aback by the warmth and kindness of the people there. I was greeted and welcomed by so many... i decided to stay for the sermon. The preacher was dynamic and engaging. Not afraid to approach the topic of sin. Yes! He talked truth. The worship music was lovely. Surrounded by Love in a beautiful place. That's how it was.

Northside Baptist Church truly feels like family. I love the worship with the mix of contemporary and hymns as well as learning new songs that truly lead you to worship. I learn a lot from Pastor Chads messages that are Bible centered and provides points and plenty of scripture. I am grateful for the many opportunities to plug in with ministries and time for fellowship. Their website and app are super easy to use and helpful in finding the different connect groups that are available. I can truly feel Gods presence in this place every service. NBC has a great children’s ministry. I love the well rounded concept that has Bible centered lessons and the kids have the opportunity to connect,interact, play and snack. Both kids and nursery have a check in and out process that gives me a peace of mind when I drop them off. My kids look forward to Sundays every week and that is a WIN for me!

You feel like home here Pastor Chad's sermons always hit close to home everyone is accepted here offer a food pantry on Friday mornings and on Wednesday evening.

The pastor is so kind. Letting us rent out for our school has been the biggest help. God bless this church.

I went here as a kid and now my kids/family goes here. Chad is an amazing Pastor and the Church feels like family. Alot of Churches now a days feel like they are sponsored or fake. Northside is nothing like that!

The most nicest people I ever met

I have been a member of this wonderful body of believers for over 35 years. We raised our children here, have been nurtured in God's Word as it has been presented "rightly" by men and women of God, have enjoyed great fellowship and lasting friendships, have been exposed to a global focus in a strong missions emphasis, been blessed with outstanding worship music, and have found many ministry opportunities. In short, a beautiful place to love and be loved, and grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Loved going to this church but car broke down
had to sell to LKQ, they were very fair to me. Thanks be to God saving for another one. Pray I find a way to church, God knows my heart He will make way God never let's me down he's the only Dad I've ever had he always is there for me he's the best. So is this church the best
the people are so caring and loving. God has
a great reward in heaven for them.

I have so much to say gratefully about your generosity, kindness and blessness. Met you all has been such an important event since I arrived to this wonderful country and you received my family like part of yours. Today I want to wish a Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for the gifts we were given from you. God bless you for being in our lives.

Everyone in there are very nice and very helpful I'm like how we get to talk to someone about some of our problems and they pray for us I recommend everybody to go there

Great family oriented church

Pastor Chad is Awesome & brings a light & understanding of God's word in a way that relates to this world that continues to reference to the scripture.. buckle up & hang on.. it gets real in here!!

Wonderful place for people in need. Beautiful volunteers and encouraging.

We vacation in St Pete at least one week a year, sometimes 3+ weeks a year... for decades now. This is our church home away from home. Friendly, Bible based, traditional or contemporary service.
