This was the Best Customer Service I have received across Georgia from Marietta,Doraville, to Greenbriar hands down Jonesboro location has the best customer service. Hot fresh food. Keep up the good work TEAM❤

Only gave five stars just so I can be the first comment. This checkers is so terrible. It’s ridiculous!! First, the manager is so mad to be there like I was with her when she filled out the application. Girl, if you do not like your job, just quit! Don’t blame every customer that drives up to the window when you’re the one that messes up everyone’s food. The African-American Manager lady is so rude and so mad at the world it’s sad! Please do her a favor and just fire her! Second, I was told that the burgers are frozen, and they already come seasoned, so why are you putting extra season salt on top of an already salted burger? So you mean to tell me every single customer that comes here loves when you over sort their food? Like what is it with this particular food place? like they literally sold me a salt sandwich four times which I had to come back and tell them that I cannot have all that salt so the cook came out and said that if i have high blood pressure then maybe I should shop somewhere else. I eat checkers all the time, the one near my house and they do not put any salt on my food and it’s delicious. And for you to admit that you are aware that the meat is already high in salt. Why add more salt to it? Even if I didn’t have high blood pressure I still wouldn’t be able to eat. The sandwich is completely filled with salt. What are they not understanding!! You can always add salt to food but once its already in there, it’s too late! So pretty much I need to just stop coming here and go somewhere else or because I asked not to have salt added to any of my food. The African-American manager snatches the bag and throws it and says you need to remake a food. She always has an attitude And I just don’t understand why I like. Don’t you understand that high blood pressure is common in Black people? I should be able to eat whatever I want and just ask for no salt on my food. It’s just a terrible situation because I love checkers, but I am being forced to eat somewhere else. Whatever the company is doing to you is not my fault if you cant get something this simple right! That’s exactly why you can’t get a better job! This lady told me she was quitting not too long ago, maybe 3 weeks ago multiple times and was soo happy about it….. what happened? Mood like she really hates her life!! Every single time I come to checkers she is mad and she definitely takes it out on us and that’s not right!! Go work in a strip club bathroom, they don’t care about customers service. Terrible workers

I woke up late Thanksgiving eve (I was supposed to be cooking) but I was hungry. I drove to one location and the line was long. Then it dawned on me to go to this location and I was in and out in 10 minutes. The service was great and the food was fresh hot and delicious !

Walked up to the window at midnight, short wait time, crew was cooking up fresh food for everyone in the drive thru and walk up lines. Food was great and the crew really kept it moving there. Will go back for more food. Excellent performance.

Super delicious food and great fast food restaurant. I am addicted.

The woman in the drive thru was a very nice and very knowledgeable person. She has very nice eyes. That's all I could from the passenger side of the car and she was wearing a mask. So, I was actually pleased to that too! The food came out in a quickly manner and it was hot. They also scored 100% on the health score.

The staff was super nice which always make and experience better! My food was hot and exactly what I wanted and needed we don't have a checkers where I live so I'm always needing to Grace's presents whenever I'm around one.

It is fresh guys mozzarella sticks I usually get chicken of course that's with the specializing with other things I usually get their wings all the banana shake I still die for so the menu is the luxible you guys go check it out do you no stress be blessed have a good day 💃😊❤🙏💯🔥🌎🌄💝

I like to say the service really surprised me it was very nice they had a robot to take the order when you drive up to the window but it do need some tending to on the outside the grass need cutting and the building need some work done on it but the service was really really good go buy check them out 👍🏽🤷🏽‍♀

Wow, it’s crazy how I actually wrote a review on this same store 2 years ago!!(See Below) - Well today it’s definitely different!

I happened to stop by yesterday 9/23 about 6:16 PM! It had been a while since I had stopped to this location. I got to the window to order and it’s sad that we’ve become accustomed to just certain levels of service at certain places , but this interaction floored me! So often we are quick to write about our negative experiences, that we forget we can also write about the good ones!

There was this super kind and professional young man I spoke too yesterday. He was very courteous, he was clear and concise! He was using please and Thank You! He repeated my order , he made me smile! I was shocked lolll. He definitely sounds like he should be a member of management! I heard him like coaching or training another you lady while he was taking my order! I pulled up and saw a young man with short dreads, packing up my food and handed to her and she gave it to me! I asked was that the young guy I just spoke to ordering and she said Yes! I told her he needs to teach everyone how to interact with customers lol!! Kudos, Great Job! I appreciated his professionalism!! Until next time !!

It’s now 2:15 AM on 1/13/2020. Per google it states that your location is open until 3 AM, however when I got in line the automated message stated you all were closed , yet there was an employee inside making himself a sandwich!!! Greattt ... Thanks

My favorite fast food restaurant..hands down. The fries are amazing no matter when I go. I love the deals and the variety. I always get a lot of fries. Wish there was one in Montgomery Al like it used to be.

My experience was great. Mine and my boyfriend's food was hot and one of them went out of the way to make sure I got my banana split milkshake. Will be back hopefully to have the same experience.

Great customer service. Fries were hot but soggy. Burger was tasty and chicken sandwich was tasty as well

I love the Frys. Look at this and it broke my heart. My XL fries was only 75% full. Why can't I take a true photo of this update? I will have it to myself if anyone requests from me to see it.
