Belk is my pampering place. Aside from great deals which I loved the most their customer service/staffs are very respectful. They are exceptional! I am a long time user of Pleasure perfume for many years.I wanted to try other scents but I was worried to waste my money If I will not like the scent. But Lorna gave me a sample to try to see If the perfume will be compatible to my body's scent. I've received many compliments so I decided to go back in the store and bought the scent. Thanks to Lorna for introducing me to the new scent. Now I have 2 Estee Lauder perfume that I can switch on using. Also I like Sarah she was very sweet when she did my facial and she is so gentle. Thanks to you Sarah and Lorna. You made my day.

Belk always has great deals. I am also very amazed to the attitude of the lady name Lorna at Estee Lauder section. Aside from her charming, friendly, polite and happy attitude she is very knowledgeable on the products. I always get breakouts on my face. I told her my concern on my skins sensitivity. She helped me pick the best kind of soap,moisturizer,serum type for my skin. Ever since I started using the products that she showed me my acne is getting better. Also she has gentle hands when she did my facial. You are awesome Lorna! Thanks to you. Now most of the people i meet says my face is moistured and my acne is getting better.

the rings, necklaces, pendents, and earrings are all amazing. I went for the rings but fell in love with the choices they had.

I got clothes for my daughter and we actually got to try.stuff on now. They had on dressing room open. It would be nice if they opened more registers when leaving cause lines are long. Over all good deals and nice service.

Great prices but need more cashiers which are very nice and helpful but store manager is very rude and hateful. She was very unpleasant her name is Christina or so she says

Belk is an awesome place to shop. You can always find something for you or a gift for someone almost anyone. Even got a store gift card as I walked through the door 😁

I like the women's fashion. Most is at a fair price, but it can be high, too. The clothes are colorful and good quality. The salspeople are friendly and helpful. It is a rather large store, so spend some time.

Kimberley went above and beyond to help me track down a pair of GOLDEN pair of navy pants at multiple stores as I could order it online. She was amazing!

This is a really great place to shop for gifts! The staff are super sweet and very helpful. I really enjoy their red dot deals, and you can always expect great prices on brand name clothes. A great place to shop for everyone in the family :D. The customer service is absolutely excellent, so happy to have this in my community.

Ga. It was the cleanest most organized store I've been in. The sales clerk in lady's and children's dept she was new but she is a great sales clerk. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great shopping experience.

Wonderful selection of handbags, shoes, clothes. Lovely cosmetic, gold and silver jewelry. Store is organized by color. Easy to coordinate accessories for almost any outfit. Huge selection of gift items. Helpful staff. Quality chocolate and cookies.

Belk is one of my favorite stores. I know I can always find a good selection of clothes to choose from. I'm a weird size and usually have a hard time finding things that fit. I know I will always find something here. They seem to always have a good sale on too. All my makeup and perfumes are purchased here. So, I'm here often.

My girlfriend and I bought some new clothes and Christmas gifts. Most of what we purchased was Polo, Ralf Lauren and Alfred Dunner, at 30% to 50% off the regular price. This Belk was well stocked too.
