Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Bothell

We had a wonderful time relaxing at the bar after a 13+ hour drive. The food was also very well prepared and hardy. Thank YOU to all who made our stay comfortable.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and great service. Located just off of Interstate 405. There are several restaurants within a few minutes walking distance.

The staff was so kind to us and our poor needy attention-seeking dogs! We'll always remember how nice it was to be told "have a nice walk!" when we popped out when them.

The pet relief area WASN'T full of discarded cigarettes! That is a big plus.

The hotel was very quiet and in a secluded little spot with plenty of food options in the area.

During my stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly the manager. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness truly made my experience enjoyable. The manager's personal touch and willingness to go the extra mile were evident in every interaction. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-notch service.

Seattle/ Bothell's Hilton Garden Inn is a wonderful hotel, tucked away from the city noise, peaceful and quiet. We were welcomed and expeditiously checked in, requested a top fourth floor room for less noise and we were granted that. Large bathroom and living/bedroom was nice, comfortable bed, a small table with chairs, small refridgerator and a beautiful back-side view of green trees out of our picture window from Cedar Grove Park. Excellent amenities are provided in the bathroom/shower. There are nearby restaurants and very close access to the I-405 freeway, too!

The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Their library space is perfect for meeting or quiet reflection. We were so pleased with Ricardo's hospitality. And don't miss the made to order omelets!

Excellent stay! For once lately got very good service from HGI breakfast staff however menu option remains limited but that is Hilton corp fault not this hotel staff which is outstanding kind friendly service. Front desk Brian is very engaged with guest friendly and very service oriented and makes me forget minor Hilton shortcomings. Hilton App checking failed as usual but not staff’s fault. I’m a Hilton Diamond honor member for decades and stays like these make me continue with Hilton but Marriott Courtyards have better food menu options especially breakfast and more consistent service. HGI use to have nice adjustable beds but no longer find them any more and more and more find beds covered with a sheet of plastic which makes you hot, turnover and sweat at night. They need to change sheets every day like they used to and not put plastic bed coverings. Pillows are always sweat smelly. Seems like the new hotel standard post covid. HGI use to give free breakfast to Diamond but no longer thus Courtyards have better breakfast value since HGI breakfast no longer included with Diamond. Generally over all Hilton has not taken cate of Diamond and taken us for granted.

We were getting away from a multi day power outage on the island where we live. We walked in and booked a room. They gave us Hot water, a warm room. They got our room ready within 20 minutes. Best night ever. Great job to all !

Great hotel with very courteous staff. Staff handled our late check-in & checkout very efficient, kept the hotel clean and 24/7 coffee fresh. Also, fantastic location near major highways to destinations North of Seattle and Redmond.

Name brand hotel, a non-eventful stay, but was made much better to wake up to a hot fresh breakfast , Excellent breakfast. Thanks for a great stay. Marked down for location behind a strip mall, behind an outback. Coming from any direction other than freeway side it can be tricky to find. Google maps could take you in a back way

This is a great place to stay. It's a little bit hidden, but well worth finding. Nice, clean rooms and very quiet. I especially liked the underground parking garage!

We stayed for couple of days. The check-in process was easy, rooms were spacious and clean. Had breakfast in the hotel and it was good too.

I absolutely love this hotel and everyone who works here. Everyone is so nice and hard-working, they make you feel like family. Chip the manager is a very nice and welcoming person. We had one issue when we first got here and chip fixed it immediately. Monica in the bar is absolutely amazing and theresa the waitress as well. They are one of the main reasons we will be returning every time we come back for business. The rooms are comfortable and elegant. The pool is saltwater which is really nice. And the breakfast is just to die for. Freshly prepared for you. I love this hotel and we WILL be back ❤❤

It was clean. Quiet. I was only planning on staying one night, however, my plans changed and they were able to accommodate me for a second night, no problem. Plus they had feather pillows and I just love feather pillows. I felt as if I was staying in my own bed. Restaurants within walking distance was also a plus.

My wife and I had our wedding here . There were a bout 70 people in attendance. I cannot say enough about how great the Hotel,staff and everyone involved were. Beautiful facility, wonderful and accommodating staff. The event planner and food coordinator were the best I have ever worked with. They made my wife and all our guests feel just like family. I travel the world and this place is world class hands down five star.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel and room. All the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Our stay was excellent in every way. Yummy food and drinks too. The underground parking garage was a plus and appreciated as the weather was snowing. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The room was very nice. Adjustable mattresses. Employees we re all very helpful. It was very quiet although it was closer to a larger road. Had a two person whirlpool in the room and it was great
