Original Pizza II

I was craving a good meatball sub this evening. After doing a little digging, my hubby found this little hidden gem. A no frills kind of place for sure, but the meatball sub did not disappoint!! We split one large sub and it was more than enough for the both of us. The meatballs are definitely homemade and well seasoned. The melty cheese, savory sauce and toasty bread we great accompaniments! The guys working there (didn't get their names but know they are both from NY) were super nice and even brought our food out to our car while we waited. We will definitely be back!!

No joke, just had probably the best meatball sub I've had in Florida. Seams like home made sauce and meatballs, great bread, perfect amount of sauce and cheese, prepared with love and the people that run it and work there are super nice! ( im originally from NYC SO PIZZA AND SUBS ARE A HARD SELL)
Stopped here on a reddit recommendation posted years ago, so happy I did!. Small family pizza shop ive passed a thousand times and never noticed. My wife and i are excited to come back and try their 🍕 pizza!

This was out first time coming to Original Pizza and we will for sure be back. Pizza was very very good and huge huge slices, only bad thing I would say is I would have liked it to be just a bit more crunchy crust but it was still very delicious. We ordered a large pepperoni and ground beef and a order of their garlic knots. Both items were absolutely amazing and delicious. Very nice priced as well, we paid just over 20 bucks.

The perfect neighborhood, family run pizza place - That missing piece that completes our feeling of home. Strong words, I know. But after tonight, and after many previous interactions with these folks, I can't keep it to myself any longer. Their pizza is amazing. Great NY-style thin crust - PERFECT amount of cheese if you ask for extra cheese. So many places put so much extra that the crust cant even 'crust' right - so disappointing. But these guys get it. They do it right every time. And they're always so sweet.
Tonight, I'm mid-way through a bought of laryngitis. I sound really funny to those who know me, but I knew it'd be too much to ask for them to lean into my face to hear my wraith-like voice while placing our order. So I typed a note on my iPhone with our request and asked my 8 year old to order for me. She felt so proud and responsible, helping her poor ailing 40 year old mother (lol). But the people there understood she was trying to help, were so patient with her quiet little voice, and called HER name when our order was ready. It made her whole week, and mine too.

Best pizza I've had in a very long time! The seating is limited as there are only two tables, one two-seater and one four-seater, and a bar that seats 4. This would be great for a quick lunch slice at the bar, otherwise I suggest takeout or a non peak hour! The decor is adorable Coca-Cola memorabilia. The customer service is phenomenal! Carlos(the owner) is a downhome genuine guy! The pizza was amazing. Very fresh ingredients were used and the dough is made in house daily. I asked for mine to"be left on the stone" for a while. Extra crispy! Delicioso! They offer 5 varieties of bottled beer. Ice cream and cheesecake for dessert sometimes cannolis are available. I didn't get the garlic knots this time but they are so so so good! Highly recommend!

Pizzas cooked to perfection with the best ingredients.The sauce is better than anyone's.
The Cheese-Steak's are quite possibly the best in St Pete!
The bread/roll is AMAZING baked in house daily!
A large portion of lean & fresh thinly sliced steak, your choice of cheese, & whatever toppings makes this an incredible sandwich! -Great for an appetizer when you get one of their excellent NY style pizzas! Don't forget the garlic knots!

They deliver, but I choose takeout bc its conveniently located.

After passing by this place countless times I finally decided to try it for lunch. I was not disappointed, and the food was fantastic. I got a pepperoni pizza and an order of garlic knots. The pizza was cooked perfectly just the way I like it and the garlic knots were some of the best I’ve had in the area. Keep up the good work!

Awesome food!! Authentic Italian food that I didn't expect from a non sit down restaurant. Food tastes super fresh. The chicken Parmasan is delicious

Hi this Anderson. I went in the day before to do a pre- order and the pizza's arrived hot and looked awesome and tasted great. All of my co-workers were stuffed and happy. AWESOME PLACE TO EAT. GREAT PEOPLE. WILL BE BACK FOR MORE.

Always loved this place, pizza is wonderful, cheesesteak is one of the best around! That fresh dough is the secret to their deliciousness & makes all their sandwiches top notch! Plus the people are like family & you want to come back around to see them.

Pizza takes like jersey pizza! So friendly and great prices. Food is delicious!

My husband and I tried this place last night for the first time and let me just say WOW! This place is SPECTACULAR! They have the BEST garlic knots I've ever had in my life and for the cheapest price ever. The pizza is out of this world and their jumbo sandwiches are what makes life worth living. We will absolutely be back. I will also be telling everyone about how great Original Pizza II is.

Just moved to Pinellas Park from downtown St. Pete and had our first BBQ Chicken pizza with ham & xtra cheese (Large) delivered yesterday. Agreement among all present how tasty and extremely filling it was. Will definitely order from Original Pizza II again. They had been highly recommended to us by the locksmith who changed our locks after moving into our new home. Glad we gave it a try.

I used to order from here years ago, then I moved out of their delivery zone. After all of these years, I got a pizza the other day and cheesesteaks last night. Their food is still the best around. Being from South Jersey, good pizza is hard to find here. You will not be disappointed. The steak subs we got last night were to die for, I could only eat half of it. I would give them more stars if I could. I would definitely recommend this place.

My family owns the perfume shoppe next door to original pizza and everything that we order taste amazing. It’s our favorite pizza place in Pinellas! 10/10 recommend 👍
