I cannot praise Joshua from Enterprise enough for his exceptional service and professionalism. My recent experience extending my car rental over the phone was nothing short of effortless, thanks to his expertise and efficiency.

I explained that my car was still in the autobody shop and would require a rental for another couple of days. Without hesitation, Joshua assured me that he would take care of everything.

what a great and professional crew that got there the staff is wonderful very courteous and very professional John the transporter gentleman that gave my wife a ride back to the repair shop where our car was being repaired at made sure everything was ok with the repair job. that was going way above board and very thankful that he did that we will definitely be going back to this location this is our go-to location now

I had to rent a car due to car accident & through an insurance. I have been stressed out and dealing with an adjuster who hasn’t been that helpful. Everyone I’ve come up contact with at enterprise has been so helpful. I ended up going to the wrong enterprise by accident. I was helped by Alexis and Isaiah. They were both so great. Alexis even tried to call the claims people to try to help, but wasn’t able to get ahold of them. It was closing time but never once did they rush or make me feel like I was an inconvenience. They were very helpful and polite. Definitely recommend coming to this location! Thanks for your help!

Bri was great. Fast and friendly service, and reasonable prices. This location has an after hours drop box, and the option to prepay return gas at one of the lowest prices in town. Highly recommend!

I’ve rented from a lot of car rental places and this spot is one of the best. Joe May is the branch manager here - he and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I called them to see if I could get a full size pickup truck and he said he could have one for me the next day. When I went there, he had three different full-size pick up trucks for me to choose from, and he even walked out and showed me all of them and let me pick which one I wanted. That was the first time I’ve ever had a car rental place do that for me. I chose the Nissan Titan V8, but they also had Dodge Ram 1500 trucks that were nice too! I will definitely be renting a vehicle from them again, and their prices were also extremely reasonable… with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and would like to thank them for a great experience. Thank you Joe and your enterprise team!

I had an auto accident which caused me to rent a car. My insurance coordinated with this enterprise. When I walked I was greeted to a friendly staff. Alexis, looked up my info and made the process nice and smooth. I was in and out in a matter of moments. 2 weeks later I return the vehicle and I sure enough same friendly staff and Alexis takes care of me again. Closed out my file and offered to give me a ride saving me money for an uber. Thank you Alexis and staff for making experience nice, easy, and pleasurable. I would recommend to anyone in need of your services in the area.

Is tina Turner says simply the best better than all the rest. The customer service above and beyond they will work with you. They will help you. They will do whatever it takes to ensure the customer is happy. I am very loyal to them. I will not rent my car from any other enterprise location. I Even waited until Monday. Even though I needed to work today and I could go pick up another location. I knew they would not work with me the way they do. I'm forty ninth straight so I had to take today off and wait till monday. .Because I know I am in good hands. The staff are just the sweetest. Can’t say enough about how great this Enterprise location is. First off, they ANSWER their phones! I had been working with another Enterprise location who every time I called would ring to the point that it went to a call center that had no connection with the local branch. So the fact that this Enterprise branch was actually answering their calls is huge to me.

I was dropping my car off that I rented from a different branch and they made the process extremely smooth. They even offered me a ride to my next location to pick up my personal vehicle.

Joe and his crew were SUPERB and provided excellent customer service. Even though I interacted with them for a short amount of time I highly recommend this branch and crew for all of your rental car needs.

Excellent service overall. I used this location due to an auto body repair being done at a nearby shop. Enterprise arrived at the body shop, door opened and drove me to their location up the road. I received a very nice rental car for the week that was freshly washed. Morgan at Enterprise was particularly knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had over the years with a rental car company. From the first phone all the way through to the final step. The customer service was over the top. They where kind and considerate in every way. Having an accident and being without a vehicle is hard and they took care of everything. I highly recommend this office and this staff! Way to go above and beyond in customer service!

Needed a rental after a parking accident. The team of 5 men who helped over the course of three weeks were ALL respectful, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They make a great team for any vehicle rental needs. My questions were answered, my problems resolved quickly and efficiently, and I was even promptly issued a refund for an amount charged through a misunderstanding. All transactions and communications within an amicable, pleasant atmosphere. This type of service seems to be going extinct most everywhere, but it was Wonderful to find it here during a stressful time.

I had excellent service with Aaron Day. My vehicle got damaged so I had to go through enterprise for a rental while my van was being worked on. He showed me everything I needed to know in the rental van. He was very professional and very easy with me. I would recommend going through enterprise because they are top notch! I didn’t want to give the van back it was an amazing experience. If I ever need them again I know where to go ! They do not disappoint.

Switched over to Enterprise about 2 years ago. Best decision I ever made the communicate with you if there are any upcoming potential issues they try to have resolutions for those before we arrive. They are probably the easiest car rental company I have ever dealt with. Big shout out to Zack and the team they are all amazing
