I decided to book a last minute appointment with Dr. Perez a week before my wedding to get my teeth whitened. I’ve been going to him for years for simple procedures, but I was really impressed with the results. The procedure was simple and quick. He consistently checked on my comfort level throughout the bleaching, as some people may experience slight discomfort due to teeth or gum sensitivity, but I was fine the whole time. I got to compare the before and after as well, there was a huge difference! Highly recommend this office for the care they demonstrate, as well as this service!

I’ve been going here for the last 9years and I’ve always had a great experience. I am a WIMP when it comes to the dentist and he always makes sure that I’m well taken care of. If you know me then you know I have a very low tolerance for pain and he makes sure I feel nothing before he proceeds!! I got a tooth extraction yesterday and it went very well. Thanks Dc Perez, you’re my dentist hero and I will be bringing my future children to you.

Friendly people and top notch work! I have always had problems with my teeth even though I take care to brush and floss daily. Having lived in Georgia since 1991 and trying many different dentists I can say with confidence that Dr. Perez is the best. I have had a bridge and two crowns done with this dental office and I couldn’t be more pleased. My wife and two daughters (ages 14 and 11) also love this dentist and they are truly afraid of getting dental work done. Dr. Perez and his team have changed the way we feel about going to the dentist. Recommend this office to all of my friends!

Like most people, I don’t particularly enjoy going to the dentist but the team at Zoom Dental was so kind, welcoming, and professional. They made the experience a positive and comfortable one. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience ! I'm an esencial worker at the Airport. I missed my appointment. I was asked to pay a $40 or $50 for not showing up on time and they needed me to reschedule my visit. At the time, I declined and stated that they could se me later on as they had also made me wait few times while the dentist arrived, etc. It seems they didn't like what I said though I was not rude, or used bad language (at all), yes I was upset, and who wouldn't (see other reviews). I swallowed it and called back to pay the fee and get an appointment. They refused to take an appointment saying pretty much they declined service and that they will never be able to see me ever again, with no further explanation.

Worst dentist office ever. So my kids had appointments as our insurance chafed and we had to find a dentist in their network. I scheduled their appointment back in May and was called yesterday to confirm appointment as new patients. Their appointment was for 2:30 and my oldest had to be at work for 3pm. So I called and asked if I be could come in early so that he could get to work. They said they didn't have any openings. So I said I ill come early to get his paperwork filed out so that he can make his 2:30 appointment and how that he get finished in time to get to work. I was told that his appointment was really at 3pm and the 2:30 was standard for him to fill out paperwork. 30 minutes is standard to him out paperwork. I stated that my appointment was at 2:30 and I wasn't informed of this policy. They told me the only option I had was to reschedule and they would charge me a $20 fee even though they were the ones making the changes. So I made a visit to the office to speak with the Dr. Himself. Well he refused to speak to him and they refused to give me my dental records that I requested and basically told me that whichever office I go to needs to request it from them directly. So I was refused consult with the Dr, refused my dental records and refused the expected customer service that is expected. I am going to be seeking legal consult since the refused to give me my records as requested. Don't go here if you value customer service.

I will never return to the office again. My 8 year old daughter has come to the office for a few years. Despite the old unclean look of the office, I continued to bring her because she doesn't do well with change. On one of the scheduled cleaning visits which should be free, I was told after the appointment that my daughter saw a specialist so there would be a $60 charge. No noticed when I arrived or anything and there was nothing special about the cleaning. Last year in October, I was charged a $50 late fee for a missed appointment that I did not received a reminder for though they say they called. Today I called trying to be proactive and was told I had missed the appointment (once again no call) and they would not remove the fee since they removed it in October.......

I tried to make an appointment for my daughter in December 2015 and there was none available in that month so I kindly told them that I would try somewhere else. I even asked did they know any other facility accepting a 1 year old. Today, 8 months later, I call back to schedule 2016 services and I was told that my child could not be seen at there practice because I was very rude and billigerant to the staff in December. That was absolutely absurd. No such thing occured. I don't know if the representative mistakenly noted my account for someone else. But they obviously have staffing issues. It's very few pediatric dentists in this area and to deny my child services because of a false accusation or an error on theit staff's behalf is ridiculous. I used to take my other daughter there for years and we actually stopped because the staffing was horrible. They cancelled and rescheduled appointment's several times without consulting me. I wasn't rude then and I wasn't in December either although then I had grounds to be. Obviously over the years they have not resolved staffing problems. I would give them a zero rating if I could...

This was a nice.dental office. The people were friendly however, I was most recently charged a missed appointment fee for an appointment I did not make. MY childrens appoint had been cancelled by their own staff and rescheduled without my knowledge and they refuse to admit fault despite my proof if voice messages. THESE PEOPLE WANT TO NAKE EXTRA MONEY AND ITS SAD THEY CANT ADMIT FAULT. THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION ON THE ACTual dentists but their office staff that handles appointments.

This place customer service is awful. They never ever answer the phone. How do you run a business and never answer the phone . It’s ridiculous
