Before going to James Family Dentistry I had horrific experiences. When I went to my appointment at James Family Dentistry I explained to the staff that I was terrified and they were very empathetic and caring. I am no longer afraid of the dentist lol they did an amazing job. The staff was caring, kind, and great at what they do. My teeth were in bad shape and needed and still need a lot of work but they look amazing after my appointment and I can’t wait to go back to finish making the rest look great. I will never see another dentist again except Dr. James. I highly recommend them! Thank you to everyone at the office you are the best!

I went to Dr. James for a second opinion about two teeth that supposed needed two crowns. I had different dentists throughout the years and I was not convinced they had my best interest at heart.
I am so grateful I found Dr. James and his team!!! Since the second opinion he has been honest and professional. I didn’t needed the crowns after all! I go to the dentist now confident that the practice will do their job above and beyond, that they actually care for my dental health.

I highly recommend James Family Dentistry. I have been a patient of Dr. James since 2008 and I have always been satisfied with their services. The staff has been the same for as long as I can remember and are all very friendly. The office is always immaculate. My son is also now a new patient of his and he is extremely pleased with this office as well. I wish I could leave them hundreds of stars. Thank you for being the best over all of these years and special thanks to treating my son.

They are wonderful. Everyone is so kind. I have always hated the dentist and avoided going, but since going here, I have much less stress about it. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a place that will make you feel welcomed and will calm your nerves about going to the dentist.

Where do I begin. James Family dentistry staff are the best there is anywhere. As a kid I literally hated going to the dentist, and avoided it at all costs. Today, I can say I enjoy going the dentist and look forward to a pain free experience. The staff really care about me and are always very accommodating.

I'm particular with the medical professionals here in Florida. I've had many visits to James Family Dentistry and I'm quite pressed. Great office atmosphere with a view of the lake. Dr. James has proven to be a dedicated and excellent dentist. I highly recommend Dr. James and his staff.

I'm very satisfied with James Family Dentistry. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr James takes the time to explain what he's going to do and offers options. All my experiences there have been excellent - and most importantly - pain free. It took a couple of tries to find a dentist I liked when I moved here in 2019. I won't be changing anytime soon.

My family have gone to this group for over 20 years because the doctors and the staff are incredibly friendly and treat us like family! The staff and both Dr. James and Dr. Bone are the best! We left the east coast and moved to SW Florida 6 years ago and we drive back for our visits! No one likes to go to the dentist but if you are looking …do give them a call! Did I mention they offer a discount package for folks that have no dental coverage💫

My brother recommended James Family Dentistry to me and I’m so glad he did because they are the best! Dr. James and the staff are very professional, provide excellent service and are very friendly. They are also very accommodating when scheduling appointments and seem to really care.

I would give 10 stars if it was possible. Highly recommended!!! I know how difficult it is to find a good place. Especially where people come to work not to only earn money but where people enjoy their work and do really know how to do it right. I was scared to have another bad experience while walking in but as soon as I’ve started talking to the doctor and his assistant I felt that I’m in the right place. They did amazing job! All staff were truly friendly and really understanding. I was also lucky to be in a room with the best view. Definitely five stars.

My wife and I continue to enjoy, if you can enjoy a visit to the dentist, James Family Dentistry.

When I was asked to give recommendations for James Family Dentistry, what first crossed my.mind was to say how great their services are and the expertise of what they do to pass along beauty to each smile. Marcus Aurelius, The Philosopher King of 172 A.D., wrote in his 'Mediatations' journal: "waste no more time arguing about what a good man should be. Be one." And I think this sums it up. This family-run dentist office gives great, personal service! Never feel rushed or overlooked or oversold. Everything is explained to whatever detail I ask for. Treatment plans are detailed and their work with the insurer is tops. Bring your family to James Family Dentistry. You can trust them!

The BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER! PERIOD! Dr. James and his staff are a beautiful set of people. From entering the office there is a warm greeting to meet you. They are extremely clean and aware of cleanliness. Not to mention Dr. James himself, you can tell he is a great boss, if you have happy employees still coming to work after many years of working there and did I mention they were happy about it. Now with regards to my treatment plan, in and go with no complications...thanking God for that. The company constantly check in on how I am feeling and Dr. James to me is Mr. Gentle dental LOL! He had to treat a root canal that may began some problems down the line and as he was working I was bracing myself for the impact for excruciating pain, well when he said that "All finish." I was like...WHAT? WHERE IS THE PAIN?! NOTHING PEOPLE! NOTHING! I AM THANKFUL TO GOD THAT I WAS REFERRED TO THEM. The cost of treatment is good as well. Now I am referring all of my family members and he may gain some of them. Great dentist and staff members. Long winded I know! All worth it!

Everyone there is so friendly from the staff at the front desk to the hygienist in the back. The dentist is also very nice. My children are 14 and 17 and we used to go to Main Street dental but the staff there is not very pleasant. I am so glad I was able to find this place for my kids.

Everyone here has been very knowledgeable on dental health and I'm always treated well as a patient since I've started going here. Thanks again to Dr. James and all the wonderful staff!
