If you are 55 and older with or without a camper, there is your place. Very convenient to Orlando and all the attractions. Grounds were beautiful with plenty of activities if you did not want to venture out. Gated and well lit throughout for security. Wonderful roads to get in your steps and say hello to neighbors.

I saw another post about someone who was here recently and he thought it was boring. This park is anything but. He unfortunately was here during the off season.

We were here for a season 3 years ago and decided to move here full time the beginning of the year. The people you meet here become your lifetime friends. True sense of community where everyone looks out for and truly cares for one another. There are people that reside here year round, but a good majority that snowbird. Great pool, new bathhouse, continuous updates to the park. The office team handles things in a timely manner. We are close to Disney and a ton more within a short drive. We are right smack in the middle of the state. 2 hour drive to either coast. You can often hear the fireworks going off at Disney and on occasion you can see the rocket that just launched from Cape Canaveral in the far distance. We have Sandhills Cranes, Peacocks, and even ducks. The office is more than happy to give you a cup of Millworms to feed the ducks.

If you are lucky and also able to get a reservation during the busy season, we look forward to meeting you. If it’s during the summer, we stay inside or try to travel ourselves. This is 55+ “active” community. We do have some younger than 55 here. We are not a bunch of old fogies. ;) Definitely give this place a try. But keep in mind that June 1st-October 1st…. It’s just slower, but not dead. We look forward to meeting you! And be sure to stock up on the dog treats if you bring your golf cart. Our fur babies are spoiled here and expects every cart to be well stocked.

We evacuated for hurricane Dorian to this RV Resort and were absolutely blown away by the hospitality and kindness the staff showed us. The park had a nice Florida feel with well kept ponds, cypress trees, and standing birds. The site was clean and the utility hookups were as good as new. The public restrooms were cleaner and in better shape than the ones at Fort Wilderness! Convenient to I-4, restaurants and shopping... if you are staying in this area, I highly recommend this park.

Very nice park. Clean laundry area with plenty of deep washers & long running dryers. There were concrete pads, which we love, & friendly people. Large pull-throughs so we could keep the trailer hooked up. Without traffic about 20-25 minutes to the parks. It was a bit farther for Disney springs. Worth a stop.

I found the park on line. I did not know any snowbirds. Last spring I arrived with 2 suitcases and a dog to see the site that my children had set up for me. It has been the best decision I could have made.

All summer it was quiet and I did all the fishing I wanted. Loved the wildlife. Staff was helpful. This place is clean. From the clubhouse to the pool, you are welcomed.

As winter neared campers kept coming. Snowbirds. They fit right in. Meals, parties and activities were shared. The weekly JAM sessions were my favorite. By spring, the birds left.

I am proud to,say, now I call it home.

Come for a day, week or month...just come and you might say too.

Nice cozy friendly community here. Love the amenities: put⛳put, pool, gym and shower room. Pets are very welcomed here. There is even a pooch shower room available. There are events almost every day in the main club house. A very active 55+ RV & MH park.

Kim, Sharon and staff are nothing short of amazing. They made my family feel very welcome during our 1 month stay at the park. They are great ambassadors of the Sun RV Resort brand. I would definitely recommend this resort.

This is our first experience in a rv park . We Cannot say enough good about this resort . The staff and people are so friendly and make you feel right at home . There is always something to do with the activities that are great fun , or if you just want to lay low , you can do that as well with no bothers from anyone. The park is kept very clean as well as the laundry facilities , club house , etc. The park is very close to places of intrest like Disney . and Its pretty cool to hear the fireworks from Disney right here in the park . It is also nice and quite at night , so makes for a good night sleep. Thanks Kissimmee South , for making us feel at home ! :) We Will be back ! A++++++++

I enjoyed the music jam in the community room. I am anxious to go again next Monday night. The time is 6:30 pm until the musicians each have a chance to play their instruments twice. What a most enjoyable evening.

Fantastic place whether it's just a short visit or long term for RV's and mobile homes. The staff here seem to all go far beyond what you would expect, very very helpful. There are endless amenities. Absolutely love staying here. Some really nice catch and release lakes on site too.
The sunrise was from the deck of one of their vacation homes that they also rent out.

Nice community with friendly people who are typically snowbirds. They have a lot of fun activities planned in their clubhouse with an excellent D J who lives there. Beautiful lakes scattered around the grounds. Serene setting.

This quaint little hideaway was exactley what I was looking for, it was spotless with everything I needed. I rented a tiny house and it's perfect ! The neighbors are so kind, helpful, and welcoming. I immediately felt safe in my environment as a single woman. I will definitely return!

Would definitely stay again. Office staff is very nice and so are the long-term residents. Lots to do and about 25-30 min from Disney. Fast wifi and very nice people.

Great place. Friendly people. Only down fall was the internet. I was hoping it was free internet after logging on to the internet and getting a month plan the internet is super slow and can only have one device connected. I can't find a number to contact the internet customer support to cancel my internet. Very frustrating. Other then the internet this place is beautiful and perfect for my husband and I.

Great park, friendly staff and many improvements. Pool is great, clean and well kept. Maintenance does a great job. Sharon is a go getter that sets the tone.

We rented a Vacation rental here for 4 months. We loved being here so much that we saw a motorhome for sale and bought it. This is our new home year round.
The staff is amazing. From the office staff to the maintenance guys always pleasant.

This was safe n friendly mixed mobile home senior residents and RVers. As my first alone and long term RV stay in a park that allows pets at no extra cost. For the price and the country location plus close proximity to the theme parks taking Ole Wilson To Shubert fast drive, it was great. Sure agree an older park, tight spots to park but that's what you get for the deal of a price per month or day. You want luxury go check into RV park that advertises that and you will also pay premium.

Stayed here 5 months winter. The snowbirds were 'ery friendly and open to newcomers participating in activities. I was also working so didnt always get to do everything but they always included me when I wasn't busy.

We are very happy with our stay here. So happy that we decided to stay and extra 3 weeks :) The staff is friendly, fun and accommodating. We go to the office in the morning for our complimentary coffee and to get our mail and packages. Everyone that we have met so far has been very friendly and happy. The campground is centrally located and has a lot of facilities and amenities. The pool is a nice 84f degrees with plenty of chairs and tables. The free WiFi does work, but can be slow at times (which is typical for campground WiFi). The laundry facility, library and community center are all well maintained and easy to use. There are some new bathroom with large showers. The hookups for RVs are in good condition and have worked perfectly for us.

Everyone here has been very nice & kind to us. It's a clean quite campground. They have activities here, a heated pool, laundry facilities, restrooms, a library. I just hate that we have to leave at the end of the month...:(
