Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach

Very decent hotel.
Breakfast service is good but a bit expensive.

I've been here for a business meeting using the hotel's conference room. Service offered by Felicia to help us accommodate the conference's room bill was invaluable!

Stayed here while my daughter was at St. Marys hospital. It was a safe haven on a rough night for me. Clean, safe, and beds were very comfy. I'd stay again.

My recent stay at the West Palm Beach Marriott was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home.

The cleanliness of the hotel was immediately evident, and it continued throughout my stay. The attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment truly stood out.

One fantastic perk was having Starbucks served on site. It made my mornings even more delightful to savor my favorite brew without leaving the comfort of the hotel.

This is my preferred hotel in town. The combination of attentive and welcoming staff, spotless accommodations, and the convenience of Starbucks right at hand made my stay at the West Palm Beach Marriott truly memorable. I can't recommend this hotel enough for a wonderful stay in the area! ☕🏨🌟

I stayed here with my daughter and niece and I have to say the hotel was excellent. It was clean, great location and amazing staff. Brian, one of the employees, went out of his way to ensure we had excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

Adriam is AMAZING!!! He's the sweetest most accommodating most proficient most efficient SERVER I have ever had in my life!!!! This man can jungle a room and give individual service at the drop of a hat .... this hotel has found a diamond in the ruff

Just spent a couple days at this Courtyard. The staff here was amazing, from check-in, to the cafe, to the housekeeping. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for recommendations on beaches and restaurants and they were spot in. The location was very convenient for getting on and off 95. It was close to beaches. Highly recommend..

Room was large, modern & clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. Food was good. Complimentary drinks provided. Bed was comfortable. I'd go back.

I wanted to take the time to make sure that I write a wonderful review about the manager Brian and also the front desk agent Carlynn. Super grateful for all their help. Our baseball team was there for the weekend and we kept on having rain cancellations. And they were able to ease our worries. Their personalities were wonderful, especially Brian. He has a heart of gold. The way he smiles and the way that he interacts with people is absolutely amazing. Definitely Makes me want to stay at Courtyard Marriott anywhere I go. Thank you both for having a great attitude and wonderful personalities. Hard to find that these days in customer service or anywhere you go. Please continue to stay sweet and caring.

This is a 4+ star hotel! Cleanest room I have been in and years. We received stayover service without requesting it. Everyone was nice. This hotel made our vacation wonderful!

Very clean and comfortable! Our room was super clean, we utilized the pool and workout room which was excellent! Our bed was super comfy especially for a hotel room and the staff was very nice! Will definitely return!

after staying at the other airport courtyard by Marriott which was a dump and a total disappointment this Marriott courtyard seems to be five stars by comparison. it looks like they put a lot of new work into it .. overall it was pretty well maintained. pretty commendable place. only issue was with the AC .but a simple search on YouTube will show you how you override the energy efficient cheap mode .. after little tinkering we got the room to be cold

Rooms are clean and the view is amazing.
We reserved a double room but there was a minor issue with our room, instead they gave us a suite. Was beautiful.

10/10 would recommend! The OM Jamie was great at helping us check-in after we needed to add an earlier date to our reservation. The staff was extreme helpful throughout our stay. Room was amazing and had an excellent view of the pool. Next time we’re in palm beach we’ll definitely stay here again

Not sure why the reviews aren’t higher. We escaped the dirty Hilton here. It was immaculately cleaned and up to par. The rooms are recently renovated and you can tell. I love this place. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful environment and close to about everything you need and more!

Front of the house was hit or miss but hospitality was "muy bein!" My room was remodeled and well done for the most part.

Pool was clean. It was "heated" enough I suppose. Gym=ok.

My wife and i stayed here the night before our cruise and we were surprised to find a birthday gift basket in our room! The front desk lady found out it was our birthday and hooked us up with a bunch of treats. We were absolutely stunned on how generous they were and thought it was a really sweet gesture. Thanks for the great stay!

I read several of the bad reviews and did not experience any problems whatsoever. One of the most comfortable and accommodating places I've stayed in a long time. Plenty of common areas for hanging out, everything clean and in good order, friendly but not overbearing staff.

This place was awesome for the 3 nights stay. The hotel was so clean and we got a room with 2 queen beds that came with a balcony. There is plenty of on-site parking and security that patrols the grounds. The hotel is a bit dark compared to other Courtyards I’ve stayed at. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in our room. There was no safe located in the room if anyone cares about that. My main reason for the 5 stars is KIA. She was AMAZING. From the moment we checked in and throughout our stay. She helped me tremendously especially with all the areas around West Palm Beach. She is truly an asset to the company. The entire staff actually went above and beyond and were all so welcoming with everyone that stayed there.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times on work trips - it’s our first choice for hotels in the area. The rooms and lobby are clean, staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable. No complementary breakfast, but the cafe in the lobby is good for a quick bite and coffee.
