Kasa Studio Revival Atlanta

Super cute, albeit small, accommodations in the northern part of Midtown. Brand new everything in a historic building. We stayed for 3 months as our condo was being renovated. The location is great - about 4 blocks from the Arts Center MARTA station, a blog from SCAD Show and near all the things Midtown Atlanta has to offer. Access is secure with a keypad, and it's definitely a nice, well-maintained property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a studio apartment at Kasa, and I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the space. It was evident that attention to detail is a priority here. The full kitchen was a standout feature for me, especially with the generous provision of K-cups, which coffee lovers will surely appreciate. It made mornings delightful and convenient. The bed was another highlight; it was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep throughout my stay. Overall, Kasa provided a cozy and efficient living space that felt like home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless and pleasant accommodation experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment managed by Kasa for a few months and the the experience exceeded my expectations. I have since stayed several more time with Kasa at their other locations in Chicago.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and the thoughtful furnishings/supplies that made the space not only comfortable, but helped avoid needing to make additional purchases for my stay.

What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional customer service. Every interaction with Kasa’s team was prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made a significant difference in my stay. I appreciate they offer text based support as it was quick and easy to get issues resolved. A key aspect of my experience was the maintenance person, whose name I regret not catching. Their promptness, efficiency, and attention to detail in ensuring everything in the apartment was in perfect working order truly enhanced my experience. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and skilled in their work, and they deserve a special mention for their exceptional service. I saw them regularly working on improvements of the building and ensuring it was well maintained (I believe the building has recently been renovated and they are doing a great job keeping it in order).

Kasa provided not just a place to stay but a well-rounded, pleasant experience. It’s clear that they value their guests’ comfort and satisfaction above all.

The area is safe and quiet and close enough to wherever I needed to go. The room was very cute and trendy. Pretty tile and decor. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathroom was well lit (for makeup) with a large shower. The washer and dryer was very convenient and the bed was comfortable. I felt at home. Loved it.

I am so glad I chose Kasa Studios. It was very clean and so peaceful. I felt like I was home. I loved that I was able to park onsite (for a reasonable fee). I loved the easy checkin and check out process. It is located just a short distance from main attractions and activities in Atlanta. I will definitely stay here again.

My partner and I loved our stay-cation at Kasa. The building had a ton of character to it, while the rooms were modern and full equipped with whatever you may need during your stay.

Kasa is in a fantastic location, with Atlantic Station being just a 16 minute walk away. Almost everything is at a walking distance.

I was a little anxious about the parking situation after reading the reviews but we managed just fine. The parking spots that were reserved for Kasa was basically some built-in parking shed where you would reserve and pay for through the company ParkEaz. We paid $40 for 72 hours which for Atlanta standards is great. The parking spots were TIGHT. and I meant TIGHT. My Chevy Malibu was a tight squeeze, I can't imagine a larger car or truck being able to fit in these spaces. We struggled getting in and out of the car due to the spaces being enclosed. Reading that some other visitors had their cars broken into made us anxious but we were lucky enough to not have any break ins.

The 24/7 front desk was helpful since we had many questions that were parking related, and we were helped immediately.

Kitchens were stocked with pots, pans, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, soap, tea, coffee etc.
Bathrooms were also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. The amenities, including the tea and oils, were all from the brand "Public Goods" which a sustainable brand which I found to be lovely.

I will say that some of the rooms are actually some peoples homes so we did have a few encounters with them giving us looks or seeming irritated by us being there.
The walls are also fairly thin so if your neighbor decides to blow dry their hair or vacuum at 2am, you'll know.

Overall I'd stay here again, the price is great for the location alone.

I had a fantastic experience renting this apartment! It's exceptionally clean, easy to find, and conveniently located. The parking is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Overall, a top-notch place to call home.

LOVED staying here! Checking in and out were seamless- but if you generally struggle with cell service make sure you screenshot your room and door codes on the linked page they text you for check-in, as it’s all done on mobile.

The studio I stayed in was beautiful and stocked with pretty much anything I could have needed in the kitchen, the bathroom (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap all provided AND brand new), and even for laundry (my room had a washer and dryer, that’s rad)

Only drawback was that parking was pretty unclear and we really didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car in any of the nearby lots as they aren’t signed FOR Kasa. They all had tow at owners cost signs, so we just used street parking.

The building is in upper midtown (I think) and so it’s super close to pretty much anything you might wanna do. Getting to Piedmont park was a breeze and the closest Marta station is a short walk down the street.

Overall 10/10 and I’ll be staying here anytime I’m in Atlanta.

Pros-I felt like I was at home. They thought all the amenities needed to the luxury linens. All very clean modern and updated. It was easy to access my room and the building. I like how they sent me texts to check up and see if all was o.k. I liked the guide that was sent to me. Centrally located to access all parks.
Cons- I wish there were black out curtains next to the bed window. The outdoor lights were shining in on my bed. Also, for some weird reason the fan and fan light would randomly turn on in the middle of the night.
Parking, could not park at suggested ivision garage, said needed a pass. Maybe let guests know other parking options. I parked at the elite parking garage couple blocks down at center stage. Parking was $28 for 24 hours, which worked out good.

As a SCAD parent, location was perfect (across the street from dorms). Property seems very recently renovated. Pleasant room, down to the classic fridge and stylish shower. Kitchen has all the necessities. Room and Hall was very clean. Glad I stayed, will definitely stay again.

My stay at Kasa Studio Revival in Midtown, Atlanta, exceeded my expectations! Excellent location off of W Peachtree Street NW. Great amenities with a totally furnished apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean and new furnishings and appliances. Totally equipped kitchen. Very comfy and cozy space, perfect for a solo traveler or couple. The price was excellent for the studio I reserved, the location, and offered amenities. The only concern for this location, was the limited street parking. The Arts Center Marta station is blocks away, which I used to attend a soccer match at the Mercedes Benz Stadium! Highly recommend. I look forward to my next trip to Kasa.

Our stay at Kasa in Midtown Atlanta was wonderful!
It was the cutest and cleanest place I've probably ever stayed. Very modern and cozy.
The location was perfect- walkable distance to a few places to eat/drink and lots of uber/lyft around.
All the amenities were there- even a sound machine!- they thought of everything!
I will definitely use Kasa again!

It had overall everything needed to enjoy our visit. It was very easy to check in as we had very detailed instructions. It was clean and tidy. It was in a centric place. The only thing is that there was some graffiti very nearby the property who made it a bit look insecure especially at night.

Absolutely wonderful and clean studio just the right size to relax. Close to everything from whole foods to lounges. Quiet space

This place is great. It's like a little home. I was central enough to get everywhere within 15-20 minutes or less. The space is clean and comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience. The apartment had everything that I needed and the staff was very responsive. I ended up extending my stay.

The location is less then perfect because other properties on 19th Street need to be brought up to standard. Overall the property and unit are of exceptional value.

The apartment was completely remodeled and updated, new appliances, tv, bathroom and everything was sparkling clean! Shout out to the property manager, Neil, who went above and beyond to be helpful!
