Holiday Inn Atlanta-Northlake, an IHG Hotel

This Hotel location at 2158 ranchwood dr atl,ga 30345 has been absolutely a pleasure to endure. Shante and her staff have been the best. I highly recommend a stay here to see for yourself!

Very clean rooms and helpful front desk service, you can even get a late checkout for 2pm. If it's avalible but who doesn't have that unlikely energy to not wanna move when it's time to checkout so it is good to have as a option when you want just alittle bit more sleep or a little bit of extra time to get your life together. Yes, it is a bit costly based on the fat that nobody wants to spend so much money on a room for a couple hours but it's worth the home away from home.

I made my reservation, was told I could have an early check in. Nothing was ready, I had to be at funeral for a family member at 2 & check in was 3, I was devastated!! I was in my car and the manager GERALD, came running out , he got us in our room!!!!( More to this........quick version ) But THANK YOU Gerald, you were so kind and sweet! We even talked the next morning. He is a good soul. Our room was great!! No problems at all . We will definitely stay here again!!!

I have read some of the reviews and personally I believe that people who leave bad reviews for particular establishments like this one either are telling lies or they are blowing something miniscule way out of proportion. I have been staying at this hotel now for 2 weeks and by my choice because of unruly visitors whom we have no control of and neither does the hotel, I have requested to be moved to other rooms. Not once have I seen any of the negative comments that people make. This hotel values the ability of saying welcome to Holiday Inn. Everyday at this Holiday Inn is a holiday. You feel welcomed and like you are appreciated. The rooms are really nice for the price. If you don't believe me then check out Lodge Atlanta which is only $20 cheaper and they are the literal definition of the saying roach motel. But this hotel is very clean and very detailed. I talked to the room service nearly every day and every time someone checks out that always change the linen and I've never seen a bed posted like the ones where people say it looks like someone slept in it. Those beds were slept in by the people posting because everyone wants to be a scam artist and everyone thinks that oh well they're a big corporation if I make a bad post then they'll pay me to take it down. You're an idiot if you think this and you're an idiot if you think that making a bad post doesn't have an effect on you because your name is linked to the post. So if you don't have anything nice to say like Thumper's mother said and the movie Bambi, Don't say nothing at all. Don't go out there and make up a whole bunch of nonsense. The staff here hands down are the best staff. They care about their customers and before I stayed here I was homeless and they cared about me. Now they're not going to put you into a room and house you for free so make sure you're able to pay for your stay. But also don't blame them for the situations that you put yourself in like when lady who posted a bad review but yet she had been staying in the room next to mine and had frequenting illegal business visitors all night long coming and going. She must have had some sort of addiction because she didn't pay the rent and then she left a bad review. Management here will work with you if they see that you are working for yourself not literally as in self-employed but literally as working for the betterment of yourself and trying. The restaurant in the lobby amazing food. If I could give more stars I'd give the maximum. This is the Holiday Inn that you want to visit.

I had the nicest time. I came in for a weekend getaway from hustle and bustle. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant, Burger Theory and Bar was amazing. The cocktails were superb. Breakfast was included in my room rate. Fresh cooked and delicious! The room was clean and spacious. I will return !

Honestly idk what others are talking about. Maybe I just got a nicer room or maybe they’re meaning to review a different holiday inn? Everything was amazing. Clean, nice looking. The burgers at the restaurant are phenomenal, truly. You have to try one. Last night we stayed in Memphis in an absolutely gross room that was $10 more. This was like way other end of the spectrum. The area seems nice, I haven’t heard a single road noise. There’s a starbs next door. This place is a 10/10 in my book!

The Assistant Manager and all of the staff here are awesome people! I dropped a piece of jewelry down the sink drain during a weekend stay and I called them after we checked out to report it. Joe (Assistant Manager) called me back about about 5 minutes later and told me that he had my jewelry in his hands! Thank you guys! Great place! Great people!

Room was very comfortable. I thought it was going to be a bad experience to be honest based off the other reviews. Definitely not the case though, super comfortable beds. Ac worked, paint wasn’t falling off the walls. I didn’t see not one roach 🪳 ! Super glad my stay was different from everyone else’s. Also ROOM WAS CLEAN ! Thank you for our stay !

There bed's are amazing I got some of the best sleep I haven't had in a while with me and my woman I will most definitely be back it would be nice if the Wi-Fi was a little stronger but other than that no complaints

Stayed a night at this hotel when attending a party nearby. Clean room, large sitting areas and excellent service.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nice and clean, and the employees were friendly. It was a comfortable place to rest after going to classes all day. The bed was super duper comfy, and their TV channel selection was good.

I ended up staying at Holiday Inn Atlanta Northlake for a couple of days when I flew in from traveling. I wasn't feeling well and they put me in a room on the first floor so I didn't have to walk too far. It was clean and quiet. I was near some of the staff areas but it was still fairly quiet. The customer was solid. They made everything really easy.

Luxury affordability in an area where it is definitely needed. The spacious and nicely appointed rooms are fantastic. The restaurant on site had great food and the staff was as courteous as could be. Just what you expect from a hotel in the south but rarely find. The hotel is just minutes off I-285 (Atlanta perimeter highway) and this was a critical feature after sitting in Atlanta traffic. Tons of retail and restaurants in the area too!

The bed ... omg the bed was so soft and a lot of space in the room . Coffee maker , refrigerator and microwave were great additions to the room. Kids loved eating free and the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful with all our needs

Top of the line hotel. Staff is exceptional. Room is excellent. Bed is very comfortable. Definitely will be back to this hotel.

The Event Coordinator Ms. Heidi Burns was AWESOME!! She and her staff made our family dinner quire memorable!! My hats off to the Chef because I was a bit nervous but I got soooo many compliments on how good the food was. The front desk staff was super helpful too!!! I had a last minute change and had to book them with only a few weeks notice. The room was available and they delivered BIG TIME and took a lot of stress off me. THANKS AGAIN!!!

Nice place for a reasonable price. Nowadays even 1 star dumps are a 100 bucks a night. Clean rooms, amazing beds, courteous staff and it's only 50 ft away from a Starbucks. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

1 week here w/ 2 kids. Newly renovated, clean & well staffed. NO SIGNS of any bugs. We pulled the mattress back 15 inches, checked under the mattress edges, used flash lights first night, & no bites after 1 week stay. A restaurant & fully cooked breakfast. Standard dbl room: microwave, mini-fridge, coffeepot, hairdryer, sofa chair, desk w/ rolling chair, 2 queen beds, & mirror/sink separate from toilet/shower. Hotel is on a quiet, private street w/ little traffic at its entrance. Easy to get in/out of the location w/ fast food, restaurants, shopping 1-3 blocks & a Mall. Travel time downtown Atlanta is 30-45 mins weekdays, get to places early, parking is limited at most attractions. We were treated w/ kindness by all staff. Good internet & 8 in-room outlets. A/C worked great. We had poolside lunches w/ beautiful rose bushes everywhere. Exercise room nice & chilled. This hotel is easily comparable to any newly built Holiday Inn Express.

Just needed to get away turn off cell phone unplug from social media. Didn't pack a Bag. The mall is literally around the corner I mean walking distance (if it was not so hot.)
