warning i was in and out!! this was one of the fastest car services I’ve received on thus far. Customer service was great. I didn’t feel like I was getting scammed, which is always a plus. not sure why you wouldn’t come here 😂

I am a sucker for good customer service. I'm even willing to pay a little more for it. Went in for a oil change. Not only was it affordable but I was treated very professionally, courteously, and share a few laughs with some very down-to-earth people. I think I found my new mechanics!

If you talk to Mariese (if I spelled it right) he will take good care of of you! Been coming here for years to get my oil changed. I recently came to get my brakes checks told me they was good and why I was hearing noise and didn’t try to lie to get me to spend 400+ per Axle. If you talk to him he will take good care of you!!

My care breakdown near the shop. I didn't know what was wrong and they analyzed the problem and fixed my car in record time. These guys will do their best to get you fixed up and charge a fair price.

Great shop! I took my car here for tie rod, and cv axle. My steering wheel was at 9 o’clock to drive straight when I dropped it off. When I picked it up they had fixed it, alignment and all.

This was my second time going to get my oil changed here. I was in and out within 30 minutes on a Saturday morning, and they automatically applied the coupon I used from last time. No complaints, will be back again!

I had a great experience with Precision Auto Tune. The customer service was nice, approachable, friendly, and most important honest. The mechanic working on my car even recommended and fixed issues that I had no idea of. Big shout out to Bubba for giving me my first responder discount (probably because I was in uniform) that was unaware the company offered. That was greatly appreciated. The wait time was reasonable. I was soo impressed with the service I brought my 2nd vehicle in for service the next day. I highly recommend and couldn't ask for a better encounter.

I feel comfortable, bringing my vehicles here. They inspect your car, and tell you what needs to be done, without pressure. And they fix the problem for you, at reasonable pricing. And in a timely fashion. 👌🏽

Man where do I start? I'll start from the beginning. From the time I called and spoke to Maurice to get my car serviced I had a great experience. I understand that it may not always work this way, but, they were able to get my vehicle in the very next day. Although it did take almost the entire day to complete (due to things that were no fault of their own) they did an amazing job on my car. They even test drove it and told me what one of the issues were without even charging me for it. Having just moved to a new state its difficult to find someone that you can trust to fix your vehicle. I'm extremely grateful that these gentleman brought my car back to life. If I could rate them 100 stars I would. Awesome service and awesome staff.

took care of my car problems quickly and reasonably.

These folks are awesome. I brought my 2022 Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change at 5:20pm on a Monday without an appointment and they were nice enough to still get me taken care of. The wait time was also not to bad. The waiting area is a bit small though and not enough air circulation going on in there.. Just a little advice maybe put some chairs outside with some shelter.

I have never had great service until today. The staff welcomed me and the rest of the costumers with open arms and explained in detailed what they was about to do and why it was needed to be done and showed you also now until I die I will bring my vehicles to precision love you guys

Went in for a wheel alignment and Justin was AWESOME. He told me of EVERYTHING wrong with the vehicle and explained why he couldn't do one without the other. Shelly had great customer service and Maurice was great as well. Highly recommende. They value their customers

I’ve been going to this precision since I moved to this area 3 years ago. Brad is absolutely awesome. I needed my car fixed and was on a budget. He didn’t try to squeeze me for unnecessary repairs and even worked with me to fix my vehicle at a lower cost to me. I can’t thank him enough for that. He’s an awesome man and runs a respectable business. He earned a customer for life out of me with his compassion! Thanks again brad !

These guys were extremely cool and they do good work pretty fast. I also paid half of what I paid somewhere else! If you need an oil change I would definitely recommend Precision! I think they might have even put air in my tire!! They have a great sense of humor and are very good people. I felt good leaving knowing my car was in good hands.
