Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta/Buckhead Area

Jess at the front desk has gone above and beyond my ENTIRE stay and I’ve been 4 months and counting. Any question I have she answers and when it mattered she truly did everything she could to give me simple information on my points. I can’t thank her enough whatever star rating the hotel is I give her 5 stars. Everyone here is actually so friendly and nice I def recommend just for the customer service aspect alone.

Room was great, staff was beyond accommodating and so friendly. We absolutely loved our stay there. The rooms were so clean and even on the back side we had beautiful view of the stream outside. Very comfortable bed!

I enjoyed my stay, staff was very accommodating and polite... Plenty of places to eat at . Clean all around the board... The only issue is I wished they had out sitting smoking areas. Didn't like going to the car to have a sit and smoke.. but all in all ... Loved it.. highly recommend 🤙❤😎

What a pleasant and wonderful hotel stay. Quite cozy, comfortable rooms, bed and pillows and enjoyable night rest. The staff; Simi, Shana, Jessica and Rivey are outstanding and so attentive and conscientious to guests needs and concerns. Even the cleaning and maintenance crew are kind Breakfast was also free and very good. Such a good deal and peaceful environment.

I almost didn’t want to write a review because I wanted to keep this gem to myself lol, however I had to shout from the top of my lungs 🗣 how great this hotel is! Every time I visit Atlanta I stay here (9x) and I can honestly say my experience has always been A1 from the price, location, hospitality, cleanliness, etc. I have never had a bad experience. Last time I was there was Feb 24th to Feb 27th. Highly recommended ⭐

Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Everyone was friendly. Loved the view of the creek, trail, trees, and birds.

This Hidden Gem was a real pleasure... convenient to Piedmont Hospital... rooms are clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is great ...will definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful time hosting our Women’s fellowship conference for our church here. The rooms are clean, everyone was so kind and responsive. Big shout out to Chris for helping in the coordination of our stay!

My room and the rest of this hotel has a deservedly high Health Department score. The facility is spotless and there were plenty of supplies in the bathroom. The Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

My trip to Atlanta was very good! The staff at this hotel was professional, courteous, and really nice. I liked that there was candy at the front desk, free breakfast, lime and lemon juice, and popcorn! When I requested certain items, the staff was on point and accommodated my needs. Check in and out was smooth! Its only 10 minutes away from the mall, dining, and shops. Bathroom, sheets, and room was very clean. The free Wi-Fi and use of the computer in the lobby was a plus. If I visit the ATL again, I will stay here!

The reviews had me torn about if I should stay at this hotel however I had an excellent experience. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is very good, and the area felt safe. There is a close shopping area up the street, walking distance with a thrift store, dollar tree, dollar general, restaurants, etc. I had a great experience. I do think the vents can be updated but otherwise great stay.

I stayed at this location for little over a month and its clean, easy check in and out, free breakfast, the location is everything. For the price and what you get I can not complain

This is low key the best deal in town...very great location...Marta accessible.There is a $50 deposit required at check in plus the cost of the room,however if you do not smoke in the room,spoil their sheets or destroy any of the property you will get you deposit back.They do require the deposit be paid with a card. Over all I enjoyed my stay.They also offer this amazing lemon/lime water in the lobby.Andre was the gentleman at the front desk during the morning shift during my stay...he is EVERYTHING!He was professional,kind and polite. Ask for Andre!

This is a very nice hotel. It's super clean, the staff is wonderful and they provide a nice continental breakfast, popcorn on the weekend, cookies through the week and lemon-lime infused water at all times.

Phenomenal front desk staff. Friendly. The place was clean, and feels very safe with security. And the bed was actually comfortable, better than most hotel/motels. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

I reside 3 hours away and I am a contract employee with Emory University hospital. So normally I work 12 hours a day for 3 days a week. This is my home away from home. Location is not bad. Only thing is that they do not have microwave in the rooms. Two microwaves located in the lobby. If I wake up at 2am and want something to eat I do not want to leave my room to go downstairs to the lobby.

The room is absolutely comfortable the beds are so nice there is strongly clean I enjoy my stay here so far. The breakfast is hot and good it is not Continental is a full hot breakfast

Tanisha was very helpful and helped me have a great experience here. Management cared for their customers and the hospitality was amazing, breakfast was served every morning. Beds are comfortable and the rooms were very nice and clean
