I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tire Plus for a tire repair, and I must say, I couldn't be more impressed. The team, particularly Zeke who flawlessly patched up my rear tire, deserves all the praise. Not only was Zeke skilled, but the person at the counter was also incredibly nice and friendly. The price was incredibly affordable, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. Their professionalism and expertise make them deserving of every single one of those five stars. Highly recommended!

This place is a god-sent. After one of the technicians at Sam's Club in Morrow sabotage my truck intentionally by destroying two studs and lug nuts July 29, 2019, I had to take it to Tires Plus to have my wheel repaired. This is my second day dealing with this issue. Yesterday after Tires Plus remove the the lug lock identified by Sam's Club, I went back to Sam's Club to have the tire mounted. (There was absolutely nothing wrong with the stud are lug nut.) That's when Sam's Club technician intentionally destroyed two studs and lugs and told lie after lie about what he had done when it was obvious that he had damaged my wheel. Store manager, Nate Carter service/ sales manager Keno auto technician at Tires Plus gave me excellent service and repaired the Damage done to my vehicle. I was referred to Tires Plus on Tara Boulevard by Firestone Tires. From the very first phone call they were very professional, very kind and did a great job. I recommend this shop for anyone that needs any kind of service on their vehicle.

First off exceptional service. Bernard was very helpful and very informative through the entire process. I needed a new set of tires and on a super tight budget, he worked with me on pricing as well as provided me a drop off and pick up service preformed by himself. He also mentioned I needed additional work done. Set me up with a good team of techs and helped get things adjusted for the upcoming work that is needed. Hands down the BEST experience I've ever gotten from any repair/tire shop. We need more people like Bernard in this industry!

Jason definitely took the time assisting me in finding the right tires for my car. I stopped by just for them to check out my tire pressure being low and it included a big nail in one of my tires. However, it was impossible to fix and I ended up having to purchase four new tires. Overall, the customer service was definitely worth it.

They are very quick and efficient and very recommended to anyone on the southside just ask for james or corey

Love this location! Go early or in the afternoon, you'll be finished within an hour! The pricing is very reasonable as well.
