I want to recognize Stuart for his excellent customer service. I had my jeep looked at somewhere else and didn't like the service there so I picked up my Jeep and not even 10 minutes later my engine was overheating. I managed to make it to the Firestone Forest Park location after hours and dropped my key in the box. I called the next morning as soon as they opened and Stuart was already on it! He diagnosed my Jeep and saw that the other place had left my radiator cap off and it was empty! He resolved the issue by filling up my radiator and running a full diagnostic. I want to thank Stuart for his diligence and honesty and for the Firestone Forest Park location fixing what the other shop could not fix! Thank you so much! I will visit your location again in the future.

Stuart took care of everything. Welcoming greeting, knowledgeable with the answers to every question that I had. Listen to my concerns did his research worked things out with my insurance and fixed all the concerns I had with my SUV. The shop was clean waiting area and bathrooms clean. Toys for the kids. Comfortable chairs. Manager Sam was attentive to myself and my kid along with every customer who walked in. All the employees were working diligently paying attention to customer needs. Thank you for everything.

My recent visit to the Forest Park location was overall great. Mr. Stuart showed that he was competent, patient, and friendly. As far as the mechanic, I have not noticed any issues while driving in the recent wet weather and running errands. Thanks to all.

Mr. Stuart and his team worked diligently to get my vehichle back to peak performance. As I stated in my comments earlier, my vehicle was damaged drastically from a simple oil change procedure at another Firestone location. I've never had engine problems throughout the ownership of my car, I maintained the proper operators maintenance since the purchase. This situation created undue hardships for my wife and myself, the fear of the car studdering and stalling in traffic was very unnerving. Mr. Stuart was very informative and worked around my work schedule to assist me in getting my vehicle repaired. I want to thank Mr. Stuart and his team for all of their efforts. I initially brought my car in on Monday to get two new tires to replace the damaged old ones. After picking up my car I noticed that both new tires were on the both on the right side instead of both being in the rear. As this wasn't what was agreed upon over the phone, I brought my car back the next day to get it corrected. The outstanding staff there not only explained to me that the old tires were directional specific, but went the extra mile to remove the old tire and put it in the correct position as to honor the agreement. This was the best experience I have ever had at any tire place. I would absolutely give them my business again without hesitation.

Been in several times. My service has always been timely. I recommend them to others. I've had less than stellar experiences at other locations. This one is by far my favorite.

We went in for Firestone's Special for around $10. They rotated tires, checked fluids, checked and inflated tires to proper levels, and the worker inside listed what other services that my vehicle needed. I asked the price. Wow! I asked for a print out but was told they send it to the owner's email. They told my daughter' that her car needed or recommended some things. We both declined the additional services. I was very disappointed that I couldn't get a print out of the list of needed things. Being elderly, I might not have access to a computer to print out the info.

The people are so nice and so helpful and the place is so clean I would suggest anybody who needed tires or any kind of work done to go to Firestone in Forest Park

Good folks here, been using this place for at least 15 years if not longer. They have always been able to help me get the lowest price and really helped me out when I really needed it. Plus the Firestone credit card is a absolute savior when you have an issue with your vehicle and an issue with funds, and that's just being real with it. Thanks guys.

My visit with Firestone was awesome. I had to have my rotors and brake pads replaced. Sherman the man who assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed. Sherman made it a pleasure for me to give my money to Firestone. My car runs like new. I am a very satisfied customer. Firestone has earned my trust.

Saturday, December 22 my husband & I were driving to Aransas Pass, Texas from SC and we made it to Atlanta when a tire blew out.Our insurance company dispatched a wrecker to tow us to a local Firestone. I had bought new tires this year through Firestone and I have used them for several issues and maintenance on my car. I had purchased the lifetime warranty with the tires, thankfully. Our tow truck was able to drop us off at 5:40 pm and they closed at 6:00. I had a feeling that employees would be rude to us with it being the last working day before CHristmas and I know they wanted to go home, but that was not the case at all. Sherman pulled my account up and verified my information and had the guy in the service department pull my car into the bay to get it fixed. He had the same brand of tires I had bought and was making sure everything was handled in a speedy yet professional manner. At 6:10 pm we were driving out of Firestone and headed to Texas once again. I cannot thank these guys enough for making us feel welcome, being courteous and polite, and getting us on our 1200 mile journey in record time!!

I had a good experience with Firestone at this location. Our tire was flat, and we were able to get it to Firestone. They were able to patch the tire, but the patch did not hold, by the time we arrived home (about 5 miles away) the tire was flat again. It had gone flat and had worn through the sidewalls, the tire was no longer usable. We called Firestone and explained the problem. Firestone we replaced the tire on them, we paid for the labor only. The manager was very professional.

Yesterday I got flat tire and came to the Firestone Complete Auto. They are help fixed but not better, and decide change a new tires. Mr. Sam ( manager) very nice, funny and opendmind. He had 22 years in there. He help me and any costumers too
