This is a nice community park with lake access (boat ramp) that also has camping facilities (trailer and tent). There is a ranger station there for assistance. The park has a small playground, volleyball court, pavilions, restrooms, and ample parking. The restrooms are nice, clean, and for single (private) use. I was impressed. I used the park for the Spring to Spring trail access. This is a nice area to go camping if you don’t mind the road noise - probably not bad at night.

Took the Pontoon from French Landing which is by Blue Springs State Park to Lake Monroe then went over to the area next to the main docking station in Sanford for their boat marina. Next door was Lake Monroe Park. Very simple very plain but clean several picnic tables underneath cover. Here are some pics on the way there and at that location..

My review is based on boat launch area only. Never been in campground.

I Use the boat launch which has great access to both St Johns and Lake Monroe and Sanford. Does get busy on weekends so get there early if launching Saturdays or Sundays. Boat launch well maintained and easy to use even for this beginner

Great time camping. We hadn't been in a while and wanted a place closer to home just in case it didn't go well.
We had an amazing time. Place is very clean and staff are very nice.

Professional staff is so conscientious; they go beyond the call of duty! The grounds are perfectly kept. We spent time there in our 40’ RV; peaceful, private spaces.

Wonderful little place! Only 25 +/- sites for campers and/or tents. Nature trail and water access for vessels. Close enough to get supplies. There are active train tracks, but had a great weekend.

Large waterfront park with plenty of boat trailer spots, playground, bathrooms, campsites, picnic shelters, and access to the Spring-to-Spring paved trail.

In addition to a boat launch this park also serves as a trailhead for the Spring-to-Spring trail. From here you can ride or walk 2.5 miles to Gemini Springs park in Debary. Nice scenic trail with plenty of shade and located away from highways.

This park is a rare gem for campers at $15 a night and includes electricity and water! The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The campground sites are shady and spread out. Bring your bikes because you're connected to a 26 Mile Trail from the campground or you can walk over to the boat dock to kayak or fish.

This park is also century located to Little Econ State Forest, Kelly Rock springs, King's Landing and Wekiva Springs State Park.

They sent me the gate code but I had some problems arriving late at night so I would not recommend please check-ins.

Camp sites are close together but are large and have power hook-ups and water. My brother and I went bike-packing and spent 3 days here. We had a very relaxing time. We were able to charge the ebikes without special adapters. The price is hard to beat as well!

Fantastic location for manatee boat tours and nature sightseeing. Easy access boat ramps, bathrooms on premises, and other park amenities. Be sure to read up on the manatees before departing so that you understand how to visit them without disturbing them.
