Thai is quite literally the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever visited! Everyone is happy and excited to assist you! Samples of a new drink and fun spring stickers were provided! It was a lovely first morning in Sanford for me thanks to this store’s staff!

Sanford Starbucks is the whole reason I Starbucks! Let me tell you! They pride themselves on the Starbucks feeling! Every time I go here I cannot help, but leave with a smile on my face.
The one time that I didn’t get the ‘Starbucks feeling’ of meet/greet, Ms Ashlynn, the manager made sure it was corrected. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate you! You definitely put a smile on my face during this most difficult time of grieving my brother’s passing. I really appreciate the card and the kind words. It warms my heart knowing that there are still kind people in the world and great customer service does exist. You never know how much you can impact someone’s life even with the slightest bit of conversation and with every encounter no matter how small the interaction is.

Came during a rush. Facility is clean and neat.

Today we visited one of our favorite breakfast spots, Starbucks in Sanford, Fl. We like this location because of the service we get and the efficiency of the staff. We had their classic oatmeal along with the Pikes Place Roast coffee, one of our favorites. The food and coffee were delicious. Manager Heather is always warm and friendly and all her staff have the same attitude as well as being very fast and efficient. A wonderful experience always.

I’ve come to this location many times and have always had a great experience. The atmosphere is great, the coffee is always delicious and the staff is always excellent. I’m writing this review for Andrew. I came in after ordering online and asked for a water, which I forgot to add to my order, and also asked for a rag to wipe down my table with. I insisted on doing it myself since it was a simple task. Andrew told me he will take care of it and immediately jumped out from behind the counter to do so. I’ve worked in the service industry before and know what a great employee looks like. One who shows urgency to meet the needs of their customers and goes above an beyond with customer service. Andrew is this employee. Thank you Andrew!

I had a very specific n semi complicated drink order. And they totally nailed it lol. Thumbs up and highly recommended this location .

My team in Sanford right off 46 is unmatched. Never had a bad drink. Although I do not have the right to say this but we challenge any location in the country to make a better drink.

By far my favorite Starbucks location. The friendliest staff. I rarely have a wait in the drive through. I visit in the mornings. Lately, I've had the cutest stickers on my cups that really start my day off nice. Thank you ❤

This new Starbucks, by the I-4 exit to Sanford, is a terrific spot to hold business meetings or just to relax. It's beautiful & roomie with plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. I got a Chai Latte with coconut milk - delicious! The people with me got coffee & lemon slices, & they said they were great. The staff is really nice & service was top notch. I especially liked the artwork on the walls. This will be my new go-to place for business meetings.

Always solid, polite service with good accuracy. Traffic backs up out the driveway onto SR 46 in the morning peak, but you can use an adjacent driveway, park and walk in to pickup your order if you're in a hurry.

Drinks and food have good availability.

God bless them, doing the Lord's work. Keeping us caffeinated. Chai tea latte iced or hot and half iced matcha latte is the best. Almond milk is an extra $0.70
