Sonja Arrington assisted me with selling my old home and then purchasing my new home. She was a blessing throughout the entire process! Firstly, she was always available to answer calls, questions, and concerns, even after typical “business” hours. My house was in pretty good condition already, but she offered suggestions and tips to make the home even more appealing to potential buyers. She also did an excellent job with staging it. Her expertise made the process pretty seamless and was very valuable when we reviewed buyers’ offers. Sonja able to sell the house (at my target price) to a very deserving buyer. When we began looking for a home, Sonja would offer her expertise and knowledge of the area, which was appreciated! She learned our likes vs. dislikes and wants vs. needs while showing us properties, and she eventually helped us find a new construction property that ended up being the one. I appreciate that she was also really patient with us because we were admittedly picky clients. We closed this past Thursday and I’ve already recommended her to family and friends! If you’re in the market to buy or sell, Sonja is the one who will help you get it done!
