DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Airport

I attempted to check in on Feb 10th;1am, through a purchased third party reservation. Timothy at the front desk advised me that I would have to pay at the counter and check in for my reservation was at 4pm. Timothy allowed me time to check with the third party reservation party to cancel my reservation but they were not able to refund me right away. Timothy checked on me through out the whole entire process. Once realizing that I wouldn't be refunded immediately for my previous purchase, I had no where to go. Since my flight was in a few hours literally, Timothy, God bless his soul and his home accommodated me and made sure I was safe, warm and comfortable during this inconvenience. Timothy didn't mistreat me or tell me to get out but politely assisted and got my refund back from the third party as well. He went above and beyond while assisting atleast 5 other people.

Excellent hotel! Very nice lobby. Accessed my room with the key on the app and had no problems what so ever. Staff is awesome! Also, been a lot of previous complaints about hot water, we were on the third floor and had all the water we needed for four people. Awesome water pressure too. Little pricey but would definitely stay here again.

Overworked staff did their best to keep our tournament members happy.

After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical about staying here. One thing I have realized in life is that you cannot please everyone. Dealing with the public is very difficult. We felt very welcome right from stepping out of our vehicle to the check In and our brief encounter at the bar. Our room is awesome, very clean and lots of hot water for our shower. Thank you to all of the staff front desk and beyond for your 10 out of 10 customer service. We appreciate you all.

We used their paid parking and airport shuttle to leave our car while we were on vacation. I usually take Marta to go to the airport, but our departing flight was very early and our returning flight was very late so Marta would not be operating at the time. I was hesitant to pay for parking at first because I know it can be pretty expensive at the airport. However, the overnight rate here is very reasonable. It was less than $15 per night and they had a free shuttle included. The staff is also super friendly and helpful, we were treated the same as if we were hotel guests.

The lobby is very relaxing to wait for the shuttle to arrive. If you're hungry there's an area to buy snacks and drinks. The computers and printer are also available if you need to print your boarding pass, hotel reservations, trip itinerary or anything else. We were even told we could use the pool and gym while we waited, we opted not to but it was nice they offered. The bathrooms were also spotless and smelled pleasant.

The shuttle was very nice, there's a rack where you can store your luggage and there's plenty of seats and space. They even have a specific stop for the Delta terminal so you don't have to walk far if you're flying Delta.

Coming back our flight was delayed due to weather and we got back at 3:00am. We were told the shuttle service unfortunately ended at 2:00am, but it would resume at 4:00am if we wanted to wait an hour. We were all tired and I didn't want my family to wait any longer then they had to so I opted to just book a Lyft instead, but it was nice that we could have just waited an hour if we wanted to use the shuttle service again. It would be nice if the shuttle ran 24 hours, but 4:00am - 2:00am is awesome especially for what they charge for parking.

Overall I was very impressed with the experience. I will probably continue to use Marta to go to the airport when I can, but this is a really good option if you have to park overnight or if you have a lot of people in your group. I would definitely potentially consider staying here overnight too before or after my flight.

Picked up from the Airport and brought back with the freshly baked cookies. My husband and I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the water was hotter than I expected which I loved. We only stayed 1 night but the bed was comfortable. Overall peaceful experience. I think I left my CBD ointment in the room but otherwise very nice.

When I came on the hotel. The check-in process was easy, quick and painless. When I got into my room. I was astonished! The room was very elegant. A fine balanced between comfort, business and modern accommodation. The customer service, takes the makes it all the more welcoming and worthwhile staying.

A good Hilton property located just ten to fifteen minutes from Atlanta Airport. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff keeps the hotel secure and free of some of the hobo problems that other hotels in the area suffer. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Clean, affordable and friendly. Breakfast was $20, we skipped it. Gym has dumbbells up to 75 lbs, two adjustable benches (no decline), treadmills, rower, kettlebells, yoga balls, and box step up 🙏

After being on the road for 3 weeks, it was so nice to get quality service. The morning I was flying out, the airport shuttle was pulling out as I was coming out and the valet attendee ran after the van to stop it so I could get on. The quality of the beds were amazing as well and their cookies are to die for!

Mrs. ORA and Chloe accommodated me. No hot water but it wasn't their fault!

Gave 5 stars because of the cleanliness and modern up to date furniture, etc.. also the lady Ms.Cleo at the front desk was freaking awesome. 🤩
I would only suggest this hotel be sure the rooms people have paid to reserve are RESERVED. I reserved 2 double bed rooms and neither was available when I arrived.
They were able to get ONE double bed clean for the stay but I had to share a bed with someone I wasn't prepared to because of that.
They were both clean and nice tho! So that's the most important thing. Although one was being cleaned when we arrived, It didn't look like it was rushed to be cleaned. It was perfect! Thanks for your efforts Ms. Cleo and the delicious cookies you gave my boys. 🍪🍪🤩

This hotel is outdated but still nice and very clean. The airport shuttle is helpful and runs every 30 minutes. The breakfast offering is tasty, but expensive. Hilton Gold or Diamond members get a $15 credit for the snack shop or the breakfast. The parking lot is safe and secure, but cost $15/day.

I didn’t know some hotels require a person to be 21 to check in. I have an employee there for training. He was turned away at another property and the manager at this property understood our situation and really helped me out! Definitely good people here.

Nice staff and rooms. A sidewalk to get to the main road would be a nice improvement. Thanks for your work.

Great rooms, very nice lobby, and you can get a chocolate chip walnut cookie served warm if you ask at the front desk. Great gym with up to 75 pound dumbbells, and the water fountain across the hall gives you nearly frozen water. There's a pool outside. Very close to the airport and good prices for the quality. Everything was clean.

My Mom and I had an extremely late flight and wasn't coherent enough to drive back home to Athens which is almost 2 hours form Atl. Our flight was returning to GA almost 3 hours late from NY. Needless to say we were both tired and exhausted. My mom and I are both disabled so we didn't want to do a lot of walking. When we checked in early Friday morning (1am) we asked for a room close to the elevator and Eddie who checked us in, did just that. He was great. Wonderful customer service. The next morning was Tarla, she also had excellent customer service. Although we was tired from our trip we didn't forget to ask for those Doubletree Cookies 😃.

Gave it 5 stars even though the hotel was generally dirty. Same trash in the hallways for 2 consecutive days and it took upwards of 1 hour for my team to get their room assignment and keys after checking in. The tipping point for 5 stars was the restaurant staff and the sales staff that managed and served the conference room I had booked. Front desk staff and cleaning crews could stand to be more prepared.

I don't often leave reviews but for this hotel, I have to. The staff was accommodating, kind and welcoming! They made my boyfriend and I feel like home as we walked through the doors. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The coffee and breakfast were delicious and served by polite wait staff. The shuttle driver was so kind and drove us to the closest entrance to the Marta station. Everyone (the staff) made our stay a great one.

We absolutely enjoyed our short stay and will certainly be back. Thank you for having us.

Such a great hotel……for me it was an awesome time there cause, the bedrooms were so gorgeous in multiple designs as well!
